We stayed one week at North Wildwood, myself and my family, my brother and his family, and my mom and her partner. The setup was ideal for us, with my mom and partner having the first floor suite. The stairs to that part of the rental are tough for the young, canine or too old, but my mom and her partner are still very fit so it was perfect for them.
Great big open living space, and loved the balcony. We spent a ton of time on the balcony, enjoying the weather and chatting, reading our books.
Things to consider:
-This is a beach rental. There is a little wear and tear, but it didn't impact our experience at all so I didn't mark down any stars.
- Across the street is a funny parking spot that is bus parking - sometimes... but only half of the spot??? I would recommend the owners put something about that in the binder they maintain. I understand this is a newly created parking... restriction. The gentleman who worked at the nonprofit across the street came over and asked us to move our car, and we did. Then a volunteer lady came over, after we had moved and harassed us... it was weird but again not the fault of the rental.
-The owners live upstairs which we found super helpful. My mom couldn't find the house when she first got there, and they helped her. She also couldn't get the remote control for the tv in her room to work, and again they came down and helped her.
It was awesome to be so close to the beach and boardwalk, to have time with family, and to really decompress.
