Desapareciendo puertas correderas en el salón ofrece una vista impresionante de la terraza y la piscina. La cascada de agua en la piscina nueva marca permite la relajación inmediata. esta hermosa casa cuenta con más de 2.000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable! Innumerables canales corren a través de esta comunidad de navegación. Tarpoon Marina y Cabo Puerto Marina cuenta con restaurantes, bares y tiendas, el Club Náutico, 3 grandes supermercados están cerca. Un corto viaje en más de uno de los muchos puentes que pone en Ft. Meyers a poca distancia de las playas en el Golfo y en centros comerciales. Las playas de Sanibel y Captiva se puede llegar rápidamente en barco desde Puerto del Cabo o puente. Pine Island está a sólo unos minutos al norte del Paraíso en Cape Coral.

Yup. Paradise

Beautiful and very clean property with so many homey touches, they point to loving attention on part of the owner. Pool and lanai area very private and functional with beautifully warm pool water. Thanks Teri for making this little paradise available.

Our stay in paradise

This home is clean, and spacious and supplies everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. If having guests, the guest rooms and bath are on the opposite side of the home from the Master suite, maintaining privacy for all occupants. The pool is heated by solar which did a nice job of heating the water to a comfortable temperature. We loved the privacy of the lanai. The location of the home was perfect for us. Easy access to main thoroughfares. The host answered all of my emails very promptly. I wish this property was available for our visit next year. Definitely will keep my eye on this property for 2027.

Cape Coral Vacation

Overall the property is great! It is well equipped in every way. Although we did not have to bother the host during our stay, she was great to deal with before and after our stay. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay.

Overall nice property

This home had everything we could have possibly wanted, though dated and could use some TLC. Wish the pool was heated as it was too cold to enjoy (the solar cover just wasn't enough). The family room furniture was very uncomfortable (all sections and cushions that came apart)and we were unable to watch TV sitting on this. A TV on the patio would be nice for morning coffee and the news. Nice location with close proximity to restaurants and anything we wanted to do. All in all we were satisfied with this home.

A nice hit of Vitamin D

My husband and I needed a quick escape from the Michigan snow and wanted to come back to this area for some Vitamin D and Vitamin Sea. We especially enjoyed our host's pool and waterfall. It was humbling to see all the destruction that hurricane Ian caused in this area of Florida, but while we saw a lot of roofers in the neighborhood, our host's house escaped the storm mostly unscathed (to the point where we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary save for a missing screen or two). So glad we could make it a win-win by helping all of us return to normal just as soon as humanly possible. Thanks for offering us your place!

Beautiful & Comfortable

We were having work done on our motorhome (our home for the past six years) which we scheduled months ago. We invited my parents to spend a few days with us and had rented an amazing home which was cancelled just days before our arrival due to damage. We scrambled to find a suitable replacement at the last minute and of course paid for the previous owners inconsideration directly from our bank account. (Note: this cancellation was weeks after Ian, not days). We were fortunate to find this home as an alternative. The home is exactly as pictured. The master and guest beds were comfortable (we didn’t use the room with the futon) and the bathrooms were both spacious (watch the master shower as it is very slippery when entering). The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals and everything worked as expected. I worked for several days so having a desk with a dedicated connection was fantastic but the office chair leaves much to be desired at the end of 8 hours. The pool was far too cold to use even on the warmest days but the area around the pool is scrumptious. There are so many options for seating. We spent many morning and early evening hours in those chairs. My only complaint would be general issues not attributed to the home itself but rather the cleaning “crew” like broken plastic & glass in the driveway on arrival and coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. It is certainly a home centered around love and you feel that in all the small touches. We had a wonderful time together and created lifelong memories. Thank you for being our last minute find and giving us a beautiful home away from home for a few days while we had the necessary repairs done on our home on wheels.

A great property!

We loved our stay at Teresa's property. The pool area is beautiful, the home was spotless and perfect. Teresa was a great host and we would recommend her to anyone. One thing we really noticed was how comfortable the king sized bed was in the owner's suite! Our stay was perfect! The city of Cape Coral is so nice, and the home was close to groceries, and other amenities, including getting a haircut! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for a family

We traveled to Cape Coral for our 1st time and enjoyed it so much we cant wait to return. This home is just as described. By far our favorite was having all the sliding doors open to a screened in private pool area. We spent most of our time outside grilling and swimming. Home owner was easy to speak to whenever we had questions. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your home.

Lovely place

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this clean and safe home. The pool is beautiful and the photos on here match the property and it’s beauty! The owner is very kind and friendly! Neighborhood is safe and beautiful, mild new construction but is NOT heard from property and will not disturb your relaxing stay.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time here. The home is even nicer than the photos show. Everything was clean and in working order. I was amazed by all of the items provided that we were planning to have to shop for. We lived in the lanai and in the pool, so most of the home was never used, but it was super comfortable and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful Home

This home was amazing! A nice place to retreat to after visiting the beaches near by. I liked that we were close enough to beaches to visit frequently but far enough not to have to deal with the traffic or prices of the beach town. Everything was conveniently located near by. The house was well stocked and had items I didn’t even think I needed until I got there. My family and I enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Couldn't have asked for better!

Girls Trip! Absolutely wonderful vacation. The home was SO perfect. There was nothing that we needed that the home did not have. The owners have thought of everything. The waterfall in the pool was a favorite of ours. So beautiful and relaxing. The only negative thing we can say is our stay there was too short! We will definitely be returning. What a wonderful experience!!!!

Beautiful home

Me and my wife spent the week on this awesome property. Plenty of room for a family, although it was just two of us. The location is great with short trips to many local beaches. I think my favorite part is the pool with waterfall. Very clean and the host was easy to get ahold of and keeps the property well stocked with supplies, even sun block!! We look forward to another visit someday!!

Poolside Paradise

We had a wonderful stay for a month in Feb 2021. The house is clean, comfortable, well maintained and well stocked. The patio, pool, and backyard, are the highlight of the property. We so enjoyed spending the day working from the patio, poolside! Owners are very responsive and easy to work with.
