Vieni a soggiornare nell'unica casa Art Deco originale di Gulfport. Goditi l'architettura art deco del 1938 con comfort moderni. Situata nello storico quartiere artistico sul lungomare di Gulfport, questa casa è di proprietà ed è stata completamente rinnovata da un premiato costruttore di case personalizzato. (soleggiato) Days of Our Lives rende omaggio ai nonni del proprietario e all'originalità dell'architettura della casa.

A tre isolati da Boca Ciega Bay Beach, a due isolati da 16 ristoranti e bar
e dieci minuti da St. Pete. Spiaggia, la posizione centrale di questo duplex lo rende un
posizione perfetta per godersi giornate di sole e creare ricordi duraturi. La piscina appena installata con mensola per il sole aiuta a passare le lunghe giornate estive della Florida. L'intera proprietà può anche essere affittata per feste private e ricevimenti di nozze. 2 unità dormono insieme 10.

Amazing stay and host in Gulfport

Lovely duplex with all the amenities you need. Fantastic pool, bicycles, proximity to restaurants and shops. Amazing host, very responsive and flexible. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Cute house, loved the pool area

We come to Gulfport often. This was the first time we rented this house. Walking distance to all the great restaurants etc. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day at St Pete Beach (only about 6 miles away).

Steps Away

Property was very clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. Host made himself readily available through text. Location of home a bonus. It is within walking distance from downtown eateries, shops and the beach! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also.

Great Location, Quaint Accommodations with Nice Pool

We wanted to check out this part of St. Pete and this was a perfect place to stay. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops, close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and the house is very cute! Pool and private patio were nice as well.

Fantastic stay

We all really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s within walking distance to so much fun activities. The pool was great. We loved the sound system in the pool area. Jimmy was a great host and stayed in touch throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Great property and location

Jimmy is great! The pool is bigger than what it looks on the picture so that was a pleasant surprise. The location is awesome as well since all the nice beaches are within 10-25 minutes of driving. He also has a binder with all the local nearby restaurants and menus. Great stay and will definitely do it again!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

From the moment we got to Florida, we were ready for sunshine and relaxation! Sunny Days did not disappoint. It’s the perfect electric atmosphere for a romantic weekend by the pool and hanging out. Plus the location is spot on to walk and see the sights and restaurants in Gulfport!

So cozy and great location!

I loved “sunny days”. It is such a cozy and cool place to stay. You cannot beat the location. My only problem at all was sharing the one bathroom with my daughter.Ha

Great Experience

Wedding weekend stay

Great location and communication with the host

the pool, location and communication were all great. It was nice for what we needed but it was a bit of a small rental for 4 adults. the bikes, pool accessories and furniture could definitely use some updating.

Wonderful Days of our Lives

This is a lovely, very well cared for property. It is sparkling clean and nicely decorated with a functional kitchen and very comfy beds and bedding!! It has great outdoor spaces--a private courtyard that's very useable, as well as a sweet shared pool area. Jimmy, our host was wonderful; he was excellent with communication and flexibility, and the place sparkled with the loving care he's put into it. Thank you!

Perfection

Our group could not be more pleased with our stay. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and ideally situated. Every detail was well thought out. We were continually pleased with little comforts that added To our stay: charging stations, plenty soft towels pillows and blankets & well appointed kitchen. The pool was perfect! Our check in was seamless and our host was quick to offer suggestions and assistance with our trip. Trust his dinner recommendations! In short it is where we will stay when we are in the area.

Wonderful, (Sunny) Days of Our Lifes

Beautiful property with a wonderful private and common area outside. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The owner was great to work with, and communication was in a timely manner. We were able to enjoy the pool several days during January. The neighbor hood is friendly and quiet. I felt comfortable walking our dog at night. The house is just a few blocks away from the main street in town. It was lovely to eat, drink, and listen to music and then just walk home! Love the house and Gulfport!

Ultimate Luxury Holiday Getaway

The Art deco style of the property makes you feel like you are returning back in time. The patio and pool area were great except it was pretty chilly for most of our stay leading up to Christmas. After working in 4 diamond luxury hotels and resorts for many years my expectations are pretty high. Overall, the amenities were great and any issues were handled immediately. The little town of Gulfport is quaint and right around the corner within walking distance. Don't miss Siri's gourmet burgers and pizza, Stella's, Bo Tiki and O'Maddy's!

A Gem in Gulfport

We just got back from a wonderful 12-day stay in Gulfport, and I have to say that the condo we stayed in was absolutely perfect. The property was spotless, and the owner was incredibly responsive to all of our needs. Plus, the location couldn't have been better - we were just a short walk away from a beautiful, laid-back beach and tons of amazing restaurants. We even had the chance to chat with some of the locals and really felt like we were part of the community. My kids had a blast riding their bikes around the quiet streets and spending time in the pool, and we all appreciated the wide variety of amenities that were available to us at the condo. I'm already looking forward to our next family trip to Gulfport, and there's no question that we'll be staying at this amazing condo again!

Comfort and convenience all wrapped up in a beautiful place

Things I look for are comfort and cleanliness. This knocked in out the park. We rented both units to attend a wedding. Never been to Gulfport. Family member traveling with chronic health conditions. Jimmy graciously made early entry possible to accommodate this and while not skimping on cleanliness. Couldn’t figure out keys. Quick reply remedied that. Best bed ever, even compared to my own. Child locked bathroom door but quick reply as well solved the issue. Pool and space where a winner. I usually don’t repeat stays because I like to explore but if I’m ever that way again I will definitely book here!

Perfect stay at Sunny Days!

Sunny days was a perfect family vacation spot. My husband and I were taking sailing lessons out of Gulfport Marina about a mile away while my sister watched our children ages nine and six. We rode bikes to the marina each morning and the kids went to local area beaches, farmers markets and splash pads! From the beginning, the communication with Jimmy was great. He’s very on top of things. Check in process was very simple. Everything at the place was clean and true to the pictures. If you have younger kids just be aware that there are A few glass tables. But my kids were very gentle with them. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great. Plenty of sheets, pillows, towels, beach chairs etc.. The kitchen was perfect for our family. The outdoor space is wonderful, a private secure patio area and then a shared pool. It was perfect for our kids! Jimmy provided some great local information as well as restaurants to go visit. Downtown Gulfport is a two minute walk away to shops, restaurants, coffee, ice cream. The area is adorable and we would happily stay again Next time we are in the area.

It’s perfect

This was the second time we stayed there. It is a beautiful place and extremely comfortable. The pool is a delightful place to spend time after a long day out and the host has always given us great restaurant recommendations and quick to communicate and assist.
