It’s a nice location. Near grocery stores and close to the beach. We got to play pickleball in the tennis courts.

We had a great stay here. We are a family of 7 which is sometimes hard to accommodate, but this place worked out well for us. Looking at it online it seemed a little small and I thought we would be cramped, but when we arrived it was bigger than I had thought and worked great. I would definitely go back.

Great location close to everything. Beautiful view. Beds were very comfortable. Front bathroom sink and shower needs new faucets that are hard to turn on and off and drip continuously. Wall electric outlet does not work in front bath. Just needs a few upgrades. Loved it otherwise.

Weekend on the beach

The property was great. Great views. Host was responsive even in the midst of family business. Only issue we had was the dryer didnt work and we didnt find out until Sunday morning so we couldnt get it fixed before we left. But overall everything was great. Will book again.

Great getaway

Joy was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond if we needed anything. The building was conveniently located and the unit itself was clean and had everything you could need for a beach stay. We were very comfortable with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Easy access to the beach and pool. Being on the second floor and close to the pool I was worried about noise at night but it wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

It was a great location. Older condo with obvious repairs and updates needed. When we arrived, there was a horrendous smell coming from the kitchen. We were certain something was dead it was so strong. We found a bucket under the kitchen sink catching water from a leak. It was obvious it had been leaking for a very long time and the water was smelly and moldy. It was over flowing into the cabinet and smelled terrible. We emptied the 2 gallon bucket of stale water. The master bathroom backed up to the kitchen so it smelled awful as well. The condo overall was convenient located and the layout was great.

Good Value Option for Family

Condo is exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for our family of 4. It is close to the 3 elevators, stairs, and trash chute. Great view of the beach. The building is in a great location, for getting to places and the beachfront. There is a ramp to the beach, no stairs (for those of you with beach wagons). Friendly staff, good parking, great pools and jacuzzis. We had some issues with the fridge temperature. Joy and the front desk put in a ticket for this. A few of the electrical outlets did not work. I did not share this with Joy. We just worked around it. The building and condo could use a few updates but overall it was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again this with Joy at the time. We worked around it.

I booked this through VRBO for a stay from July 27 to August 2, and unfortunately, it was a nightmare. The fridge barely kept food cold, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work until I messaged the host. But the real issue started midweek when yellow water began leaking from the master bathroom light fixture—yes, from the ceiling light. I discovered water damage spreading to multiple rooms, including the kitchen and guest bedroom.I tried contacting the front desk—no one was there. I had to call multiple numbers before someone answered, and even then, they had no idea what to do. The host responded with "she will contact the responsible party"; Brian called me around 9 pm, and maintenance didn’t arrive until 10:30 PM. He said he would follow up the next day, but no one ever did. I have had to chase down updates myself.Despite clear signs of water damage and potential mold exposure, I was never offered a new unit or any real support. I ended up throwing away food, dealing with loud industrial fans and a dehumidifier, and cutting my vacation short. VRBO and the host keep blaming each other, and I’ve yet to receive any resolution.This experience was not only disappointing—it felt unsafe. I would not recommend this property or host to anyone. There has been a lot of miscommunication, as shown in the pictures. It's been a week and there is still no resolution. There are way more pictures than the ones allowed below.

Poor Management Company

The property and location are very nice. The property is older but very well maintained. The management company was awful. The company did not give access to unit number so I could purchase a parking pass and utilize the amenities of the resort before the check in time. Upon check in, the condo was not ready. I inquired about the condo not being ready since I walked in with the housekeeper. I told my reservation will be cancelled and I would have to find different accommodations. Please note, I booked this condo 8 months prior and drove 21 hours with a young child and two elderly adults. I called Vrbo to submit a complaint. They assured be they would find me different lodging but I didn't want to because we had already traveled so far with a child and elderly adults. We waited three additional hours for the property to be cleaned and then were able to access the property. The housekeeper didn't have enough linens since she was under the impression she was cleaning a studio. I fortunately brought linens because she said there was no way for me to get linens. There was also no internet access. I did inquire about that and the management company told me to use another Wifi not associated with the condo which was very weak. After all the issues with the management and I did not want to reach out because there is much more I could take in regards to the unprofessionalism. We did enjoy our stay at the property. I did reach out to the management company and filed a complaint. I was assured the manager and cleaning person were fired because of this incident.

For the most part, everything was great. There was a plumbing issue the first day which was resolved the next day so there was a little rocky start to our stay. The condo could have been a little cleaner, but they did arrange for check-in a little earlier so perhaps they didn’t have enough time.

Great location

Had a great time in Orang beach! My parent who are older were with us, they enjoyed the view from the balcony and the lounge chair on the balcony. View of beach from Bedroom and and living room. I was worried the Kitchen view would be cut off, but it was not... the views are great from the Condo. Great location. Had fun playing Racquetball and Pickle ball with my son. My son enjoyed the weight room. I liked it but would not say I had fun - lol. I have back issues so the master bed was too soft for me... but that is just me probably. All was great! Oh the Kitchen was amazing with pots and pans and EVERYTHING you would need and great quality of everything!!

Very Nice Updated Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short trip and not ideal weather but the rental condo helped us to make the most of our trip. We really like the layout. You can tell it’s an older unit but it’s been updated well. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Good communication with the property owner. Great access to the beach. We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity in the future.

Just what the doctor ordered

The Management company went out of their way to accommodate us prior to and during our stay. Their communication was excellent. I would recommend renting from them anytime! As far as the unit itself goes. It is exactly as it is described, and you certainly get the value that you paid. The unit is older and in need of a refresh, but it functioned and worked as it should. The Pros certainly outweigh the cons and if you are not too picky or too spoiled you’ll have a wonderful time. However for those picky ones, be aware of some things: 1. The door is old, outdated, and it uses a key which are contained in realtors boxes on the knob. Once you open it, it directly slams into the wall as evidenced by the long-standing inventions in the drywall. The knob itself requires some jiggling to get the striker to poke back out if you intend on locking the unit. 2. The smell of wet dog and pet odor permeated the unit. But a good dose of air freshener and some open doors eventually made it tolerable. 3. Don’t expect the garbage disposal or the WiFi to work. It just won’t. The stove wouldn’t get hot enough long enough to cook as if the stoves own wiring was not a full 220V appliance. Maintenance was made known about it. 3. While the TVs all had satellite, if you have little ones that are going to need more modern viewing options you’ll need to bring a Firestick or Roku - but you’re at the beach so who cares? Also with no WiFi it’s kind of a moot issue. Just be aware. 4. The bathroom fixtures are adequate just 25 years old. Water is still wet. Despite all of that, who cares? You’re at the beach with gorgeous views and balcony therapy that puts you right in the middle! Are there nicer units at Phoenix? Yes. But the location sells this unit. I would stay there again just because of how nice the management company is. They get 5 stars!
