Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features new sofa, chair and a large TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious home meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV, DVD player and full bath. There is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Vguarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Details matter

The room had a great view of the beach yet the balcony furniture was dirty, old, rusty and peeling. As far as communication, the host was very helpful with preparation for checking in and out. A little maintenance and cleaning, we would gladly book again.

Weekend getaway

Condo is very nice. Only issue was teenagers in pool at 140 am we could hear in our room on 8th floor. We called security and they went down and asked them to leave. Elevators are very slow other than that great location.

Family Time

As always love staying at a Phoenix condo. Condo was fine, although it would have been nice to have somewhere to put our clothes, other than a suitcase. Beds were comfy and balcony was perfect for drinking coffee and watching dolphins!! Although the condo was good, the elevators are a nightmare any time of day!!!

nice vacation

One reason I chose the Phoenix 5 is because of the short distance from the condo to the ocean. Other Phoenix's have twice the distance. My 2 year old and 6 year old grandsons came for just two nights since one was school age. They loved the splashpad slide. I was disappointed that we had to pay $55 for a parking pass for them since they were only there for two nights out of our 8 day stay. Otherwise, everything was nice.

Need some tlc, and up dated. Shower head broke, stool flush chain broke, garabage disp broke, and the.key.pad on door broke and looked us.out for a couple hours.

Great location but place need some TLC with cleaning

We have stayed with other owners at this Tower PHX V and we have always had awesome experience but this property owner dropped the ball for the money you pay. Not clean although they tried to make it right they kept saying they inspected before we got there.. ha! nope oh well Just hope the next family has a better cleaned experience than we did.. Not a clean place but the setup is good. We have pictures.. Have a great day!

We could hear and see the waves crashing from our rooms! The kitchen was well stocked. Didn’t know we needed to bring toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags so we had to make trips to Walmart but I guess that’s my fault as it was stated on the instructions! Our main concern is our shower was very difficult to operate. My husband finally figured it out on our last night there. It was not very handicapped friendly either. We had to go buy a shower mat and shower seat. Our other problem was the lack of enough elevators, as two of the four were not in working order. Made it very difficult to get up and down. All in all, though, it was a lovely place to stay.

Needs Updating

Location was awesome! Beach was nice and close. "Newly Renovated" - that has to be a joke. Was disappointed that the door to the condo was on the outside. The view of the beach from the living is obstructed by a badly faded window/door. The outdoor furniture was in terrible condition - the paint was chipping off and getting rusty, the cushions were stained (most likely from just being old). The garbage can in the kitchen was just gross - dirty and rusty. Baseboards in places were badly damaged. Washer and dryer extremely loud, but thankful they worked. There was a pair of kitchen scissors in one of the drawers - I took it out and it came apart, fell to the floor and almost cut my toes. Love Orange Beach, but I wouldn't stay at this condo again. I have pics, but don't see how I can attach.

Quick Getaway

Property description and pictures were accurate. Pleasant, comfortable condo close to all complex amenities. Quick drive to area activities, marinas, shopping. I recommend this condo for no more than 4 adults or a family. It would be crowded with 6 or more people.
