This property is deceiving from the listing. There is a reason they don’t show pictures of the property. It’s set on a multimillion dollar street but lacks curb appeal big time. I had no directions upon arrival. I had to reach out to the host, whose phone was off. Luckily VRBO got ahold of them. The apartment is left unlocked. The space is clean but the air is musty! The only win is that it is a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach.

Fully furnished and well supplied with everything needed for eating and going to the beach. We loved having chairs and an umbrella and some beach toys plus the wagon to take it all to the beach - really upgraded our trip!The beds were comfortable and the condo was overall clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was really excellent and easily walkable, we felt very safe.

Great Lido Key Condo

I can’t say enough how good the location for this condo is. It’s an easy walk to the beach, kayaking the mangroves and the restaurants in Lido Key. It was small but had everything we needed, was so clean and the beds were very comfortable.

This property is as described. The location is great. Quick walk to the beach and you can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops as well. Quiet area. There are several beach chairs and an umbrella as well. There is a community pool but for some reason it was never open while we were there.

The apartment that Gino provided was everthing that we had hoped for: spotlessly clean, with two large bedrooms and a nice size living area, and very near the beach and Armand Circle. Gino was a wonderful host. We will definitely come back!

Nice Stay and Convenient Location

The place was nice and as described. The walk to the beach and pool took 5 minutes which was convenient. We did drive to St. Armand Circle since that was a little further of a walk (10-15 min). Overall a good place to stay and the owners were nice and welcomed us the first day to make sure everything was alright.

Everything was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed and supplied with beach equipment and kitchen . Clean, comfortable bedrooms and bathroom. One block from Lido Beach. We will be back next year.

I had to ask for check-in process and was told unit would be unlocked and keys inside. I was not comfortable and asked for safer option as we were arriving in the dark. Last communication was that they would leave lights on inside. Arrived and unit was locked and we spent one hour calling owner with no response.Another renter texted the owner and eventually got a reply saying they installed a lockbox and a code. We found it on the stairwell. It was a very unsettling way to start a vacation. VRBO was not helpful when I called twice during this time.I explained the situation only to be transferred to a supervisor to explain it all over again and during that hold time i was texted the lockbox code by the owner and we got into the unit without any assistance from VRBO.We enjoyed the location one block to Lido Beach and easy walk to Armand Circle.Unit had a lot of necessities but needs a refresh.Outside needs a major update.
