The apartment was charming, very clean, and accurately represented in the listing. We were in Lido Beach for business, however, and unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi in the unit for the entire four-night stay. We contacted the host daily, and although maintenance was sent each time, the issue was never resolved. As a result, we were unable to use our laptops for work, and we also couldn’t watch TV during our stay. Additionally, there was a constant drip in one of the showers, which added to the overall inconvenience.For guests traveling purely for leisure, this property would likely be a great fit. I requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience and received 50 back from the more than 1,200 we paid.
