Minimalist design to make you feel rested. This bright and white condo is a relaxing, modern place but yet just a walk away to restaurants, salon, grocery, spa, drug stores and in one of the biggest shopping center in Metro Manila.

You can relax by the resort-style pool and enjoy the sun beside the pool.

The amazing big pool is at your disposal but the building admin charges PHP 150 a head per day for a maximum of 2 people per unit. Please note that the admin office are located the basement of function hall.

You can message me 24/7. Communication is so important for me so I will get back to you as soon as I can. I cannot meet you personally but have a GREAT team that can assist you during your stay.

The garbage collection system is open from 7am until 9pm everyday. It is located beside unit 2405. After 9pm they close the garbage room. But just in case you missed the garbage disposing time please make sure that the garbage is sealed properly so the insects wont infest them. But it is STRONGLY suggested that you throw the garbage every night to avoid cockroach infestations. We provide garbage bag under the sink.

Should you wish to extend your check in/out, i will be charging PHP 400 per hour of extension to be paid prior check out ONLY IF there won't be anyone checking in/out on the same day :) Maximum of 6 hour extension. Anything longer than that i would have to charge you the daily rate for it.

You are less than 10 minutes away to SM North. 25 minutes away to Trinoma. The movie house is just a walking distance. Huge grocery store are just steps away but in case you dont want to cook vast array of restaurants are super close. If you shopped a lot and have handful of items to bring back to the unit most of the shop in SM can assist you to bring for a tip.

There are no available parking space but the shopping center are not far. You can park there with a fee.
