Kefalonia Luxury Retreat offers the exclusive use of luxury accommodation for up to 15 people (Total numbers is subject to bed usage configuration. No sleeping of floors or sofas) and is ideal for that really relaxing Self-catering / Self- servicing holiday. Kitchen is fully set up with huge range of utensils etc.

Kefalonia is elegantly furnished with all modern conveniences, including broadband internet access, plus a tennis court and heated swimming pool. (The pool is heated November through to March and closed during the winter months.)

Located in the Garden area of Waikanae, Kapiti Coast, New Zealand

Kefalonia Luxury Retreat is nestled in the Garden Area of Waikanae township and just 5 minutes from Paraparaumu via the Expressway. 40 Minutes from Wellington City. It is within easy walking distance to local cafes, restaurants and golf course.

An abundance of activities await at your doorstep, including boating and fishing trips in the seas off the Kapiti Coast, walking or biking the region's parks, or visiting the superb vineyards in the Ohau area and sampling the award winning wines.

Such a lovely home, we had a great weekend here. Great facilities, good amount of activities to keep everyone occupied, we definitely made use of all the sorts equipment on offer and enjoyed table tennis and pool.

We had the most wonderful stay at Kefalonia, celebrating a special extended weekend with family and friends. The property was impeccable, the hosts were gracious and helpful, and we didn’t want it to end. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone after a memorable experience.

Lovely stay in Waikanae for a 40th birthday

We had a wonderful stay at this property to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. It's a great house to celebrate in! The pool and tennis court were well enjoyed and the kitchen and BBQ were great to use for all the mouths we had to feed. Some of our guests had toddlers and they thoroughly enjoyed the lawn and the tree house and swings. We did have some trouble and miscommunications with the property manager. These were resolved, but did leave me feeling anxious leading up to our stay. Some of the bedrooms (one in the house and the loft above the garage) do not have blinds/curtains which might not be a problem for most people, but we didn't realise this before one couple put their toddler to bed early and discovered they couldn't make the room dark. Overall, other than a few small issues we had a lovely time and would recommend this property to others for a celebration or large property to share with friends and family.
