Ven y disfruta de nuestro nuevo hogar en PalmCoast, ubicado en un vecindario residencial deseable. Hemos hecho todo lo posible para asegurarnos de que su escapada aquí sea maravillosa. TODO ES NUEVO y de la mejor calidad. Hemos amueblado y almacenado esta casa como si fuera una casa principal durante todo el año. La cocina está equipada para preparar cualquier comida. Hay una mesa de comedor en la cocina, así como el comedor. . El salón tiene una t inteligente. v. Con cable. La terraza acristalada situada junto a la cocina tiene vistas a la piscina y tiene una t. v para disfrutar, así como una XBOX 360 para los niños. Tanto el dormitorio principal como el dormitorio con camas dobles tienen una t. v. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y acceso al baño.
El área de la piscina tiene una mesa de comedor, sillones y un juego de mimbre. Una parrilla de gas también se encuentra junto a la piscina. Disfruta los juguetes de la piscina junto a la piscina. También tenemos una cuna y una silla alta para usar. Ubicado en el garaje hay algunas bicicletas y cascos para disfrutar de los senderos para bicicletas cercanos y una mesa de ping pong para divertirse. También tenemos sillas de playa, sombrillas, juguetes de playa y un refrigerador para que pueda usar en esos días de playa perezosa. Playa FLAGLER y JUNGLE HUT están cerca
 
Situado en el centro entre Daytona Beach y el histórico San Agustín, ambos aproximadamente a 25 minutos. Escapada perfecta de un día a Disney a 90 minutos de distancia. Excelentes restaurantes, mercados al aire libre, tiendas, golf y playas cercanas.

The house has a great layout, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was enjoyable once it warmed up. Some of the outdoor/sunroom furniture needs to be replaced and the shower and tub/shower could be updated. Otherwise, this is a great house and we’d stay again.

We were in Florida for my niece's high school graduation. This home was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable 6-day stay. The pool was relaxing in the evenings. We would stay here again.

Great Experience for 6 adults

Stayed here with a group of three couples. House met all of our needs adequately. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Once we were done with our beach excursions, we had the pool available to use for the rest of the afternoon. Made for a wonderful vacation home.

Exploring Florida

We enjoyed the pool. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The location was good to all of the things we wanted to see (St. Augustine, Kennedy Space, Universal, beaches). The house could use a good deep clean. Checking in/out was easy. Overall a nice place to stay. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at this property! The house is well set up, well decorated, and contained everything we could possibly use during our stay! everything was exactly as described and more. Perfectly described, great location

The description was accurate! Beds very comfortable! Everything needed for comfortable stay (unless you sleep with a fan for white noise like me and my children- you’ll need to bring your own 😊). Perfect location- Palm Coast is a great little town and located an hour from Cocoa Beach and Orlando. The pool and fenced yard were perfect for convenience! Check-in and check-out was very easy! Overall- great stay! Would highly recommend!

Family Get Away

This was our second time staying at this property. This house did not disappoint again. Very clean and big enough for our party of 6, and it is pet friendly. The salt water pool was very refreshing. We will definitely be back. Owner was quick to respond with the entry code. Thank you Tracy for another great time. We will be back.

Great Layout & Amenities

The pictures do a great job of showing the heart of the house (kitchen, living and dining space). The bedrooms are separated from each other and very spacious. We loved the heated saltwater pool! Gaming console and Roku were great for younger kids. There is no beach access from this neighborhood. However, the drive is not too far. Great shopping and restaurants nearby as well.

We were in town for our son’s college graduation and this home was a perfect accommodation for our family ( including our pup). It was exactly as it appeared online and Tracy was very responsive to emails. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels to use, Air Conditioning worked great and kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc… We weren’t sure what to expect, with it being a pet friendly home ( which is why we booked), but there wasn’t the slightest hint of any pet odor, pet hair or damage. Open, spacious, clean and great for families. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, for a great stay!

Perfect house and location for our beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay here! The house is so spread out that everyone got a little privacy (2 teens along so that is important lol). The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed with plenty of storage for our own things as well. We had hot water for all of us to take showers which was awesome! All of the beds were super comfortable. The salt water pool was icing on the cake! Would definitely come back. The location is close to the beach but in a very quiet neighborhood which was great. Would highly recommend Crescent Beach! It was our fave. Flagler is good for shells but so hard to walk on as it’s so soft you sink in like 3-4 inches throughout the beach and water, not just in the dunes. If I had little ones still, it would have been a no go for me.

The house is a great location close to shopping and 15 minutes from the beach. The house was great and clean with the exception of the queen size bedroom comforter smelling like pee. The pool area was nice except it had spider webs in many areas and around the back door. After the 4th day the water level on the pool started receiving and the pool guy came to clean it and noticed that it was at least a foot low and below the skimmer.The water from the house to the pool was turned off and he could not fill it. We would try to contact the owner with no respond for two days, and when we left on the 7th day the pool was still not filled.

Sandra let me know the water was low on Saturday and Saturday evening I had someone go over and turn the water filler back on . Somehow it was turned off during Sandra’s stay . Sandra should have reached out to me if she felt the comforter was. It clean and I would have brought her another one . Instead she waited until she left and gav me 3 stars which I don’t think is fair at all .

Disappointing

This property could be really nice, but there are huge maintenance issues. The pool area was dirty and furniture soiled and holes in lanai screening. Spiders galore. Amenities not as advertised. No ping pong table, no beach chairs, beach umbrella unusable. Ice maker bucket broken and unusable. tv in living room and family room didn't get local tv. 2nd bathroom dirty when arrived and we needed to clean ourselves.

Palm Coast Rental

This rental is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the fact that we could bring our dog. We had everything we needed to enjoy family time together. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, convenient location

This home was clean and accommodating for a group of 7 ppl. The location made trips to st Augustine, Flagler beach and Dayton very easy.

What a great trip!

We had a great time in FL! The pool was the best! Super clean with lots of toys for hanging out. We spent our days playing golf, hanging out at Jungle Hut Beach, and Universal Studios. Everything was easy to get to. The home was well stocked and we were able to cook/grill easily after busy days. Our puppy loved the fenced backyard. We had a great trip and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Thanks again!

First time

I couldn’t have chosen a better property to stay in for my first time with VRBO!!! The house was in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and Tracy was very quick to respond to messages. Amazing Stay

Home was very comfortable. We had more than enough room for our party of 6. Kitchen was roomy and very nice. The pool area and pool was very accommodating. Loved the fenced yard for our dog. We are planning a return trip for next year.

Holiday Vacation

This location had everything needed to celebrate the holidays with the family plus extras that were a nice touch. The location was great and the heated pool worked perfectly (there’s nothing like swimming in the pool at the end of December). Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future
