Stunning and peaceful vacation home. ideal for relaxing or private family / friends get together. 3 bedrooms, can sleep 8 guests. Welcome basket with some goodies on arrival . Unbelievable lake views with private fishing dock and ideally located for privacy from neighbors. Enjoy our 40ft heated ( minimal extra fee ) lap pool for exercise , floating around, pool volleyball or how about aqua aerobics. Great party pool if desired. Fully screened in lanai so no bugs ! Huge gas grill , modern fire pit for colder nights. 4 outdoor patio fans to keep you cool during the summer months. All day sunshine for lots of sunbathing around the pool. Modern interior ( don’tworry about the white sofa as there are lots of throws and it cleans really easily , extremely durable) with open plan set up for all the family to be together which opens up with double glass patio doors to the outside area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need , Nespresso coffee machine, kureg and filter coffee appliances. 2 car garage with remote control access. The whole house is extremely light and inviting . Ideally located , 6 minutes drive to Starbucks, target, Ross, TJ Max, Publix , movie theatre, dog parks and lots of restaurants. Near by golf course and 20 minutes drive to the most gorgeous Flagler beach full of bars and restaurants or 22 minutes drive to Ormond by the sea which is a quieter beach, 25 minutes drive to the famous Daytona beach, 1 hour , 30 minutes to Orlando Disney World, St Augustine only 50 minutes drive away. Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrella, ice box to take with you for beach days. 3 bicycles in the garage to go on the nearby bike trails. Pool and beach towels supplied. Spectrum Cable tv in every room, high speed Wi-Fi . All USA sports channels and news. Please contact the owner for any special requirements and we'll try our best to accommodate to make your stay as comfortable as possible. As vacation property owners we had a previous rental in the E section for palm Coast which we successfully rented with over 142 positive reviews for the last 10 years as premier hosts and are now excited to welcome Kashmir Retreat . We had a wonderful stay at Layla’s Palm Coast property! From start to finish, Layla was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly to all our questions and was incredibly kind and generous. When we arrived, we were delighted to find a beautiful welcome basket with wine and thoughtful treats!…such a lovely touch! The home itself was comfortable, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. We loved the quiet atmosphere. The view from the pool looking out to the beautiful lakeWe would highly recommend this VRBO and would happily stay here again!

We had a great stay at Leyla's home! It was beautiful and comfy! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the outdoor space was a beautiful place to enjoy our meals! Leyla was super accommodating and lovely to work with! We will be back for sure!

Everything about the rental was exceptional location pool house and the lake and communication was great also. The neighborhood was very nice friendly quiet and safe.We will definitely be back.

The house location and surrounding area would have been ideal for a vacationUnfortunately, we encountered a few issues on our check in day and were unable to stay for our week of vacationWe found the house to be less than desirable due to the animal odor. The home needs to be professionally cleaned. The home itself is a very nice home.The pool needs to be power washed and the patio furniture needs cleaned. The backyard dock is also not as pictured. The dock railings are not in placeIt was decided between the host and I that we could not stay there and we left the property.

Dear Michelle , I was shocked at your response upon arriving at our vacation home as we have never encountered unhappy guests. We had just recently had a storm so the one fallen dock fence was unfortunate but could have been fixed in the morning. I had an independent property manager visit the home after your departure and they confirmed they could not detect any dog odor . The home is professionally cleaned after every guest departure and as you can see from all the previous reviews there has never been any complaints. As for the pool patio area it was immediately power washed after the storm. We wish you and your family well. Leyla Lovelace

My family and I haven't been on vacation in many years and really wanted a nice place to stay while we were on vacation and this place definitely was exactly what we all needed. The house is beautiful and I can't say enough about our host Miss Leyla. I would definitely recommend staying here and my family and I are looking forward to our next trip.

This place is an oasis on the lake! The property is well maintained, gorgeously decorated, and felt like a home away from home! The pool was wonderful and the general ambiance of the place is warm and welcoming. Layla the hostess is AMAZING! Very responsive and helpful with anything they may be needed. If you’re looking for an amazing experience in Palm Coast this is the SPOT! Cheers

The house was beautiful!! And the host leyla was super nice and responds very quick!! She lets us check in early because the house was ready!!! The house has every utensil and cooking supply you can think about. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Immaculate home with awesome amenities

I was looking for a place that was in a quiet area, with a pool. This home had all of that plus an amazing lake front view! My grand daughters and I had 3 wonderful days in this Palm Coast home!

From the moment I booked our reservation Leyla was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. Lake frontage, pool, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings, not the crappy Ikea furniture alot of bnb's have. My grands were came every eve to enjoy the pool and my 85 yr old mother w dimentia had a lovely stay. I cant say enough. We know where we are staying the next time we go visit the grands. BTW the bed in master is wonderfully soft.

Awesome stay

Our family loved this home. Everything was as described. Check in process was easy. Leyla let us in early, which was so nice after a long drive. She even called to make sure we had everything we needed. Great communication. Kids loved that they could fish from the dock. Overall, it was a great vacation. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Family Holiday

The house was fantastic! Heated pool, nice fire pit for outside. Great location close to shops and Flagler Beach. Truly felt like a home away from home. Open concept floor plan was great for our family. Host was very accommodating and extremely responsive to any questions we had! Highly recommend this property

Relaxing getaway

We fell in love with this place from the pictures and in person it did not disappoint! Beautiful home and Leyla was a perfect host! We had a really nice relaxing time especially out by the pool it’s very secluded. It was super clean and had everything we needed! Thank you for an amazing time and for sharing your beautiful home.

Great House

There for husband's birthday. House was lovely, clean and nicely appointed with anything you might need to stay away from home. We loved the pool area and really enjoyed the separate areas to visit. Only had overnight guests for one night, but they loved the house as well. Very nice area and convenient shopping and restaurants in all directions. We will definitely return.
