This was the perfect trip - great Villa, wonderful views, and the La Estancia staff couldn't be nicer. The location is stellar and provided the best of both worlds - the quiet peacefulness of the resort and only a short cab ride for the fun in town. We will most certainly be back. Thank you very much for offering such a wonderful spot!

Another great vacation

We had a wonderful time at a wonderful place. We’ve stayed here many times before and will stay many times in the future each time we have A different suite. This particular suite had a fantastic view and was pretty well appointed. The staff of the facility is nothing short of fantastic. Everyone is very polite very welcome and we appreciate it. We will return.

Family Vacation

We stayed with our family of 6 adults. The unit was clean and plenty of room for us. The view was beautiful. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. A couple of things needed fixing while we were there. Maintenance took care of them quickly. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful view!

Loved this spacious well equipped property. The view was simply amazing. Saw whales breeching in the bay! The pool and grounds were beautifully landscaped and very clean. The onsite restaurant was charming and served a good breakfast buffet daily. The only negative that I have is that I contacted the property manager, Maggie, three times before our arrival having a few questions and I never got a response to any of my emails. We arrived at the property hoping that we indeed had a confirmed reservation. We did and the stay was wonderful, but there was zero communication from the property manager, Maggie.

Beautiful Property with amazing views!

This was our first trip to Cabo. We loved Villa La Estancia. The property and grounds are beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Maggie greeted us upon arrival and was wonderful. The only negative was the shower head in the master bath needs replacing and the water in the master bath took about 10 minutes to get hot water. The positives way out weighed this minor inconvenience. The unit was large, has a nice open floor plan and was well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony is large and the views are incredible just as the pictures show. The Evolve group was great to work with. We would highly recommend this property and would also request this unit on our next trip back. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay!

The unit, property and staff were absolutely amazing. Close to everything in Cabo and the property had a lot to offer as well. My only complaint is there was ZERO communication with the owner’s manager. I reached out to Maggie a few days in advance with no response. When we checked in, the facility had the wrong dates (even though we got approval to move the dates well in advance). They let us check in, and I again reached out to Maggie two more times…again no response. I would recommend getting EVERYTHING in writing before booking/checking in.

Incredible to perfection.

This property was very clean, quiet and a view of the water that didn’t look real. It is so beautiful here. This was our fourth time staying at Villa La Estancia and we can’t wait to come back. Every person working here is so polite and helpful. It’s a definite 5+ star rating.

This was our first visit to Cabo San Lucas. We generally aren’t resort-type travelers, but this property was fantastic. Exactly what we needed. We did rent a car and covered many miles to get a sense of the region. The on-site parking was appreciated. We generally walked to town in Cano San Lucas. The pools at this property are lovely, the hot tubs are hot and plentiful, staff is friendly. We had a great view and everything we needed! If we return, we will stay here.

Gorgeous Views

My family and I of 6 fell in love with this villa!! It was very clean and spacious and you cannot beat the amazing views from the balcony. The guest host, Maggie was very helpful and responsive through WhatsApp. The resort staff were all very helpful and friendly. They helped us to schedule our COVID testing, located on the resort as it was required to return back to the states. We enjoyed the gym, pool, beach, and the delicious food by the bar. I recommend the breakfast buffet. If you’re looking to travel outside the hotel for authentic Mexican food here are my recommendations, El Jarro Cafe a cute whole in the wall place for good breakfast. Maria Jimenez Restaurant for dinner is a must, but make sure to make reservations. Lastly, if you’re in downtown shopping and looking to eat delicious tacos check out Tacos Guss. Everything was a short 10minute taxi ride from the hotel. Very safe. Overall amazing experience. My family and I would love to return next year!
