Gracias por su interés.

Nos encanta tener invitados y su apartamento privado en el sótano tiene todas las comodidades para un viaje relajante.

Para su comodidad, tenemos 2 dormitorios (camas king y queen) para acomodar hasta 4 personas, además, tenemos un sofá cama y una cuna para familias. Tiene su propio cuarto de lavado y una ducha con lujosa cabeza de lluvia.

Tiene una pequeña cocina con dos quemadores, horno eléctrico, tostadora, microondas, cafetera Ninja y dos mini refrigeradores.

También tiene un televisor de alta definición, cable, Internet de alta velocidad WiFi y conectores USB en algunos enchufes para cargar.

Además, tiene acceso a nuestra terraza trasera con vista a las Montañas Rocosas para disfrutar de su café matutino o una bebida nocturna. (Utilice la puerta lateral del garaje y salude a nuestra amiga amiga Maggie).

Por la noche, arroje algunos troncos en la hoguera al aire libre y relájese en las sillas adirondack.

Por la mañana salga a correr o tome una de las bicicletas para dar un paseo temprano por la comunidad.

Thornton stay

The Launchpad was just perfect for four 50 somethings getting away for a trip. It was close to all the fun things we wanted to go and do. Had plenty of room to spread out. Was very clean. Posts were very helpful. Back deck was a lovely place to sit in the morning and drink coffee. Would definitely stay there again when we come back to visit.

Place to sleep when visiting family.

Very well thought out space and nicely decorated. Hard to find in the dark. Beds very comfortable. Host very reachable and responsive. Only negative was the shower water was not very hot.

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Felt very private and safe. The owners do live in the home upstairs and you can hear their footsteps often however it didn’t bother us at all and didn’t bother our baby when sleeping. The host communicates well and quickly. Thanks again!!

Cozy, clean and quiet

We had a late check in and early check out but it was the perfect short stay for us and our littles. It was very clean and quiet and we all got the best sleep after a crazy day of travel, and felt rested for a wedding we were in the next day.

Michael and Susan were the most amazing hosts. They truly thought of everything to provide ease and convenience for their guests. The stay was cozy but had enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with great communication and help along the way. The beds were spacious and comfortable and they were generous enough to provide toiletries for us all. They earn my highest recommendation for quiet a stay in the area.

Beautiful Finished Basement

The house and neighborhood are gorgeous. The location is close to the expressway. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by if you don't want to cook at home. Lots of room and privacy. Windows to let in natural light. Definitely skip the hotel and stay here. It's fantastic!

Excellent stay! Everything you need is provided by the owners. Quick access to the toll road and I25. Two separate bedrooms a big plus. Used this place to visit family In Louisville and Erie. Definitely will use again.

All Positives!

I stayed at this property with my 3 college aged children for 5 days. We were in Colorado for a combination of business and pleasure. I booked the property based on location and cost. I will be honest-my kids were not excited to stay in someone’s basement. But after seeing the apartment and spending a day there they all changed their mind and said they would absolutely stay there again. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location allowed us to spend time in Boulder, Estes Park, Denver and Garden of the Gods without feeling like we were spending the majority of the time in the car. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mike!!

Lovely basement apartment

The basement apartment had everything we needed! I do think that the main photo for this place is a bit misleading as we did not even see a way to get to the back patio, and the front patio was very small. Would have enjoyed better access to the advertised patio photo. But overall we had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable.

Launchpad is a great place to stay!

Apartment is as good or better then the description. Very comfortable beds. It seemed airy and light, even though it’s a basement. Shower was modern and really nice. Extra touches like soap, all the towels, usb outlets next to bed make this place very modern and great for travel. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to stay in the area!

Launch Pad Review

This is an amazing place to stay. It is clean, well-appointed, and clearly well-cared for by the owners. Our family of four loved this property. It looks nothing like a basement; it has high ceilings, smells clean with no dampness, and is well lighted. We never saw Michael in person, but did speak to his wife Sue for a bit the first day. She is a gracious and kind person, inviting us to use their back yard whenever we wanted to do so. Bottom line, this is a great rental with great owners, near many great hikes and parks and only half hour from the Denver airport. Thank-you Michael and Sue!

Nice central location and comfortable stay. Would recommend.

All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No issues checking in or with the stay. Not a ton of "frills" but you do have access to internet/tv and related goodies (netflix etc). The owner communicated quickly and thoroughly. The "apartment" is on the smaller size but was plenty of room for 4 of us. The fridges and freezer are all micro/dorm size as was the stove top, so that brought on limitations if you like to do your own cooking. Also there is only one bathroom which may pose issues when you all "have to go" after a day out, like us. The waterfall shower was a nice touch. I do wish it had more pressure if Im being insanely picky as the ladies complained it took forever to wash their hair. Location is great about 30ish minutes from Boulder, maybe 40 ish from Denver with traffic. Outlets in close proximity as well as general restaurants and stores. As stated I would recommend to others.

Perfect Modernized Basement Apartment!

We stayed at this amazing basement apartment for 2 nights. We all made the executive decision that next year, we’d spend all 4 nights here. It was the perfect location. It was an hour to Estes Park, which was our favorite adventure. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient to so many things: restaurants, shopping, stores. The beds were so comfortable. And the shower was perfect! I was determined to make friends with their dog, Maggie. She’s so friendly, but hesitant to open up to you right away. It took 30 minutes, but we finally bonded! She’s so fun! We ran up and down the gate and had a ball! We can’t wait to come back next year to a beautiful VRBO!

Perfect place to stay to visit Denver and the Rocky's

Great communication with property owner. They left us to ourselves unless we needed something via text, which was responded to immediatly. Place was very clean, nice private entrance. Quiet, nice neighborhood close to shopping if you needed. Very nice area. Really worked out well for us. Would have no problem staying here again. Was well worth it.

Cute and convenient basement unit

We stayed in the basement unit and it was very nice. The home is in a quieter area, but its 20 minutes from Downtown Denver, Boulder, airport, and other attractions so it was very convenient to explore the surrounding area. The owners were very accommodating and sent us a packet on things to do in the area prior to our trip, which was very helpful. Thanks for a great weekend!

This apartment was just so perfect in every way. It was sparkling clean, spacious, and private.....It was the perfect place to spend time with the family we were visiting. I was able to cook my son's favorite meals for him, and he and his wife had their own private bedroom on the opposite side of the apartment. Our hosts were just wonderful as well. Thank you so much! This will be "our" place when we visit Thornton next time.

Excellent all the way around.

Gracious hosts, convenient location to all of the newest shopping in north Denver. Very comfortable beds and a great spacious layout with bedrooms on opposite ends of the total space. Kitchen fully equipped, laundry, beautiful bath, great TV, games for kids, workspace, you name it. Alexa & even a printer! Quiet stay in a quiet neighborhood.
