This tidy 3 bedroom property has an amazing vibe around it, and you will feel right at home here. Very conveniently located and walking distance to town (10-15mins), yet very private.
The outdoor entertainment is brilliant, and you will absolutely love it.
It includes a large deck facing northwest with outdoor dining table and furniture to laze about and relax.
The outdoor area also includes a wood fired pizza oven, BBQ, lounge suite, wood burner, and spa pool, surrounded by native NZ plants and trees.
The well maintained and tidy house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, the third bedroom is used as office space, but can be organised to become a 3rd single bedroom upon requeast. Hi speed free fibre Wifi available too..
Also includes an above ground pool which will be ready for summer (photos pending)
