Drive down the quiet, dead-end road to the property, arriving in the rear, with ample parking space, and a cozy backyard area for children to play in. Entering the home, you will be greeted by the open floor plan, living and kitchen area. The large, fully modern kitchen features dark wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, upscale gas range, a wine cooler, and granite kitchen counter tops – a chef's dream! Even has filtered water at the sink! Lake facing windows offer a lake view while prepping meals, or enjoying a quick snack at the bar side of the island.

Directly in front of the kitchen is the living area, complete with overstuffed furniture and a large, flat screen TV for movies on quiet indoor nights at the lake. Venturing outside through the French doors, you will enjoy panoramic views of the Seneca sunrises on the covered porch, which spans almost the entire front of the home.

To the side of the great room is the spacious Master Suite, featuring a King size bed, 40” flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and a private walkout to the covered front porch. Two additional bedrooms, and a shared full bath are just off the hallway in the rear of the home. A set of stairs to the lower level leads to the game/rec room, where guests can enjoy a rousing game of fooseball or watch TV and lounge on the full size futon on a rainy day.

All on one level, with 11' vaulted ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and quality furnishing, you won't want to go home!

Take the stair case down to the lakefront, where you can use the permanent dock to enjoy some lakefront coffee in the mornings, or mooring your boat after enjoying some quality Seneca Lake fishing. Many fine wineries are just a short drive away, and you sit directly on the main route for the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and just 15 minutes from the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. The quiet residential road is also great for walking and biking to stretch your legs after a delicious meal of local food.
