'Arcade Cove' - Lake Martin Home w / Private Dock!

Thank you Ashley! It was a pleasure to have you and your family stay at my home.

We're so glad your family had such a wonderful time at Arcade Cove! It sounds like you made the most of everything the property has to offer, from morning coffee on the screen porch to fishing, floating, and watching the boats go by. It's great to hear the space worked well for your group of 5, and that the kitchen and cozy furniture made evenings in just as enjoyable as the days on the water.

Thank you Stephen, hope you will return soon!

Sara, loved having you and your family at Arcade Cove. Glad you enjoyed your visit and I hope you will come again soon! Have a great summer! Toni

Pam, we’re so glad you enjoyed the view, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - We appreciate your feedback regarding the furniture. All the furniture on the deck and the outdoor fireplace is new and the rod iron furniture will be cleaned. We recently replaced the ottoman cushions with new ones and also provide additional cushions in the container on the porch. - We cleaned the grill a couple of weeks ago and provide cleaning brushes. We were surprised to read your review, as we are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences. We will look into all of your concerns and plan to make the appropriate changes where necessary. - We take great pride in our home and like to keep it updated and well-stocked for guests as is reflected in many great reviews. We have never experienced issues like this either before your stay or since and apologize your experience was less than satisfactory.
