Great Location, Needs updating

This condo is very "tired". No table with chairs inside, only on patio. Kitchen: oven and cooktop had to be started with a lighter and we needed instruction to start the oven. Challenging to figure out how to start the dishwasher. Needs new pots/pans/flatware. Master bedroom drab and much difficulty adjusting temperature for sleeping. Need a couple of blanket options (only duvet supplied - too hot). Bed was comfortable. Master bathroom very small, shower door needs to be replaced. No extra towels, no washcloths. The patio was nice and close to the pool. Location is great to walk to Eagle Beach and several restaurants. Manuel, the owner, lives in the complex and was very responsive to our requests. Could be a gorgeous place but needs a facelift!

Great Aruban getaway walking distance to Eagle Beach

My husband, two teenagers and I stayed in Aruba for Christmas week, one of the busiest times of the year. The property was as promised, a clean, airy, open floor plan 2 story, two bedroom condo with a ground floor patio and dining time for 4 and a second floor balcony, both overlooking the complex pool. The condo is a small gated complex next to a few others, and a 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Aruba. It is also walking distance to a number of great restaurants. Even with the holiday crowds, the section of beach most near our condo was quiet and peaceful with the option to walk another 1/4 mile or so down the beach for a more lively atmosphere. We were centrally located and easy driving distance to everything on the island. Manuel and Natasha were great hosts and very friendly and helpful as well. We had a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, a master bath and 1.5 others, a great space for a family. The only change we would suggest is the availability of a cot and/or sofa bed on the first floor if a larger family wanted to rent. Thanks for a great vacation!

Fully renovated apartment located at a walking distance from the most amazing beach of Aruba. You will enjoy the white sand and turquoise sea. Just grab your book, beach chair and cooler and walk to the fun. Then walk back to sit and relax at our great garden and pool. Get the BBQ done in our Caribbean weather. We will give you all tips and arubian secrets. Our condominium is a quite place and has a large garden and kids friendly pool.

We are located between downtown and High Rise Hotel, therefore you can ride in less than 10 minutes there, best strategic location. We are surrounded by all attractions, walking distance to best restaurants, bars, casinos, spa and the beach. Largest supermarkets are at 5 minutes drive away. Neighborhood is very quite. No street noise. We will provide beach chair, beach towels and cooler. Ice machine in the pool area.
