ダウンタウンとキャンパスまで歩いてすぐ。パティオとガスグリルのある大きなフェンスで囲まれた裏庭。 4つのベッドルームには、ベビーベッドと布団があり、残りの3つにはフルサイズのベッドがあります。前に十分な駐車場。中央エアコン。禁煙、ペットフリーの家;禁煙またはペットをお願いします。

Amazing Stay

Came back to PSU for an alumni reunion game and it was perfect. Great walking distance to downtown and the stadium. We already talked about staying there again! We didn’t speak to the host but that was because he left everything we needed inside and had no issues/ questions. Absolutely recommend!

Walking distance to everything!

Located amongst the fraternity houses, just a few blocks from Beaver Ave, this house was amazing. All the rooms are larger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of room for families and an easy walk to Beaver Stadium / Bryce Jordan. We Are!

Great stay!

Great house just a few blocks from town and campus. We enjoyed the charm of the house and all of the helpful information about the property posted on notes around the property. We would come back.

Central location

Property was very clean and easy. We loved being able to walk everywhere especially on a crowded football weekend. Rates are definitely high but what isn’t in state college for a big 10 football game weekend. The only issue is the loud music playing until 2am on one of the nights. Located adjacent to a few fraternities. One of the beds wasn’t super comfy. All in all a very solid experience. Thank you!

Steve was responsive and the home was perfectly situated, very clean and beautiful. Great stay.

The location was walking distance to the downtown. The home was beautiful and spacious. Steve was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Great place and would return!

close to campus

Terrific location and solid, clean home. Very spacious. Full size beds are just that, and one might even be what used to be know as a 3/4 bed (slightly smaller than full), so I'd suggest bringing air mattresses if you prefer more sleeping room...Owner was extremely communicative. Very much appreciated that. Prices are sky high in State College during event-type weekends so although per night charge on the home is very high, it isn't out of line with what else you'll find during these PSU weekends.
