Cette unité familiale et pourtant fabuleuse dispose d'un mobilier de style chalet américain haut de gamme coloré de POTTERY BARN, RALPH LAUREN, TOMMY HILFINGER ET EDDY WEST. Ceci est une unité de coin au deuxième étage très souhaitable avec une grande intimité et une vue fantastique sur la piscine !!


Idéalement situé à Blue Mountain Beach à seulement 5 minutes de l'aquarelle et du bord de mer. Adagio se trouve du côté sud (plage) de SCENIC 30-A. Détendez-vous dans un luxe familial !! La piscine de 8 000 pieds carrés d'Adagio avec fontaine et cascade est à quelques pas de votre logement, et la plage est juste après la piscine et le bain à remous. Il y a aussi une piscine à débordement chauffée face à l'océan.


Profitez de comptoirs en granit, d'appareils électroménagers gastronomiques, de plafonds de 10 pieds, de volets de plantation, de sols en marbre travertin poli, d'un BAIN MAÎTRE LAVIS avec sols et murs en marbre, bain à remous surdimensionné et douche en verre surdimensionnée à double tête.


Cette unité dispose d'un très grand balcon avec chaises longues et table pour 6-8. Vous jetterez un coup d'œil à l'OCEAN depuis ce balcon et une rapide promenade de 3 minutes après les piscines cascade / fontaine vous amènera à la plage. Accès par ascenseur ou quelques escaliers rapides avec un porte-vélos idéalement situé dans la cage d'escalier. Restaurants, galeries, pistes cyclables et plus sont très proches.


Utilisez les dernières technologies, notamment le son surround Bose, les téléviseurs à écran plat et l'accès Internet haut débit au comptoir de la cuisine et au bord de la piscine. Retrouvez également quelques DVD, jeux, livres, etc.


Vous allez adorer vos 1800 pieds carrés. Condo au bord de la piscine dans le condo le plus luxueux de la mansarde, avec trois grandes chambres (K, Q, Q,) PLUS un couloir fermé LIT SUPERPOSÉ (DOIT ÊTRE DE 6 ANS POUR UTILISER LE BUNK SUPÉRIEUR) avec portes françaises (matelas épais doubles) ), et TROIS GRANDES SALLES DE BAINS DE LUXE, huit personnes peuvent être logées confortablement dans des lits pour de belles vacances. Amazing Family Vacation at Adagio

We had a wonderful time at Adagio - the property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The unit was even better than pictured with plenty of space for our large family! Perfect balance of resort amenities, beach access and location. Thank you - we will be back!

Perfect place to stay on 30A

My family of 6 had a great week of fall break at Adagio! The condo was plenty spacious, we could have comfortably slept 8. It was clean, updated & beautifully decorated. The condo complex was safe, well kept, and in a great location on 30A. We could walk to restaurants, coffee shops, & ice cream, with lots of other choices a short drive away. The pools & beach access were definitely a highlight. We paid to have chairs set up on the beach for us daily & it made heading to the beach so convenient! Overall, we would not hesitate to go back to the area & stay here again!

Pure luxury and perfection!

The condo is as beautiful as the pictures! High end in every way! The property management group is incredibly fast, responsive and efficient. The pool is stunning, huge and well maintained. Great property for families, especially kids that love the pool. Only negatives world be no bar/hand soaps are provided in bathrooms or kitchen (so we purchased at Wal-Mart). Also the stairs down to the beach (only beach access) are lengthy and steep, so I would not recommend for someone that is unable to do stairs (lots of them) easily. Otherwise 5 stars all around, we will be back!

Fantastic Week on 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adagio E205 was perfect for our family for our weeklong vacation on 30A. We travelled with our family of 5 and two grandparents. The unit was bright, clean, comfortable, and had all of the things we needed (extra emphasis on this... the unit was truly amazing). The unit's full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and bathrooms for each bedroom made this especially comfortable for a family flying in from the Midwest. The pool was fantastic for the kids... we never felt crowded. Getting to the beach was quick and easy, and the rental options on the beach were convenient. We discovered several fun places that were a short walk or drive from Adagio. Grace Pizza and Beach Camp were great spots to eat with the family, and we found a little ice cream shop and coffee shop right by Mimmo's on 30A. Getting to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach was easy as well. We have travelled to the 30A area many times... this was by far our favorite spot to stay and play. We will be back!

Studding property!

Pictures do not do it justice, amazing rental and will book again! Property, location, pools, beach front, all outstanding. Loved that it was also within walking distance to ice cream, a smoothie shop, bakery, tex mex, two bars, and a nice steakhouse. The beaches and area were much less crowded than miramar just a few miles down the road.

Bright & Airy condo with recent, great remodel

We loved our stay here for our Spring Break trip with our family of 6. The condo is spacious & the recent remodel was very much appreciated, bright gorgeous walls & baseboards. The location on 30A is superb and easy to walk to shops, grab food & ice cream. The heated pool was the biggest hit and the walk to the beach was really easy. (Although for those who have trouble going up & down stairs, it’s a bit of a steep climb.) we rented chairs & an umbrella and that made this trip even more convenient. We also loved the family board games & cute bunk beds. The kitchen was well appointed with an awesome dishwasher & ice maker. A couple of negatives: the master bathroom toilet is not functioning well (there is a sign on the toilet to hold the lever down), as a homeowner, that needs to be addressed immediately because kids could easily cause the toilet to overflow. Secondly, the dryer is old and takes * two full* 70 minute cycles to dry 4 beach towels. I had to do this a couple of times. The other things that weren’t deal- breakers, but would have made this trip 5 stars is the slow internet speed (which could be an Adagio or area problem) and also lack of smart TVs. It’s all cable so no Netflix or Amazon TV, etc. Despite the minor issues, the condo was fabulous & we loved the corner unit facing the pool because you get amazing light from the 30A side too. Some notes- rent your bikes early at Dolce Vita or Fat Daddy’s as they were sold out during our stay. Place to eat / CAFE Tango was amazing! We will be back!!!

Beautiful upscale condo

We had a last minute change in plans due to hurricane Sally, and had not been to 30A in about 8 years. We found the perfect spot! The condo was perfect for us our family. Our 2 yo granddaughter loved both the beach and the stunning pool. Walking to Blue Mountain bakery and red fish tacos was easy and revisiting Seaside was nostalgic. This was the absolutely perfect week. We will be back!
