It's equipped with all you need to make your visit to the Riviera Maya an unforgettable experience! We will be very happy to have you as a guest you are welcome!

"Villa Pietra Maya" is located on Av. Chetumal, Villa B-10 in the Bahía Príncipe complex in Akumal. To 28 minutes from Tulum and 36 minutes from Playa del Carmen.

To get there you can rent a car, book our private transportation or take a taxi from the Cancun airport.

Restful and Recharching

The property was terrific and well-kept. The host, Ricardo, was very communicative during the stay informing us of any nuances when navigating the property. My favorite part was the porch / balcony in front of the main bedroom. Had a coffee out there every morning! The place is located within the Tulum Country Club and has security. You will need a car if you stay here though!

One month stay in Mexico at private residenceWhen I arrived, there was a leak under the sink in the kitchen. I had to contract a maintenance person to fix it and pay for it and then push to get reimbursed from the owner.The air conditioning in the main bedroom did not work either. Receiving instructions on how to get to the condo and enter the night before we're frustrating considering I was already in route before I receive them.This didn't give me any time to review anything. It was nothing but a headache when I arrived a day ahead of time would've been at least adequate.Considering it's Mexico, I understand it will be a few things that are not perfect, but this was far behind considering what I paid to rent the placeThe management was proactive when contacted
