About this property

Your Orlando Getaway Lakefront Villa with Pool, Only 15min to Disney @TerraVerde

We are offering our lovely lake house in Florida. The TwonHouse is located at Terra Verde Resort, with parking and a Club House. Great spot, 20 minutes drive to Disney and Orlando Eye, and 25 minutes to Universal Studios.

Our house is complete with kitchen utensils, Wifi, cable TV, bedding, towels, and a washing + drying machine. Recently renovated, we added a 4k smart tv, new lights and much more! There's also a private pool outside.

The guests have full access to the Resort and must go to the Club House and check-in to receive all the important information.

We live in Brasil, so we won't be present at your arrival. The Resort Crew is well prepared to welcome you.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great stay for a fair price

We had a good stay with a great view . Rooms were great and the beds were comfortable. There bathrooms were very clean but the pressure of the showers wasn’t high. The kitchen was clean and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall the stay was a 9.7/10

Nice well stocked condo in a very nice gated resort with a pool and tiki bar. Our host was wonderful. He responded right away if there was any issues and took care of them quickly.

Winter getaway

The property was very nice and clean. Must say that dressers are needed in the bedrooms and tv's would be a great addition. We had a great time with beautiful weather. The main pool was closed for the first 10 days, which was very disappointing.

Minor flaws I would still stay.

Location and cleanliness of property was good. Try to reach out to someone, because the downstairs TV didn’t work and no hot water in downstairs bathroom. Besides those minor flaws it was still a nice place
