Impeccablement entretenu et meublé. Maison gracieuse pour se divertir avec un magnifique hall qui traverse le centre de la maison ouvrant sur une grande salle à manger, un bar et une salle familiale. Appareils de cuisine et de bar Sub Zero Wolf de qualité commerciale avec îlot central surdimensionné. Tous les sols sont en granit. Un large escalier en palissandre mène à un grenier au deuxième étage avec deux lits et un autre wet-bar et un réfrigérateur Sub Zero. Salle de bain avec siège chauffant. Plantes vivantes à l'intérieur sous la lucarne. Belle piscine éclairée dans la grande cour arrière. La piscine est partagée avec une seule propriété de plus. Super grill. Vraiment luxueux.

Vous êtes à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de Great Museum District avec Rothko Chapel à proximité, de Theater District avec Great Alley Theatre et de Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, la NASA est un peu plus loin, mais vaut certainement le détour. Et bien sûr, Kemah et Galveston avec Schlitterbahn sont très amusants en mer.

The host met us at the property since he lives close by. He was very kind and helpful. The premises was clean and tidy. The air conditioning system kept the temps comfortable. The one suggestion I have is to add a permanent door between the two bathrooms. It was separated by only a curtain. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Was unable to watch any of the TVs. Host was unable to assist. ADT alarm announced garage door motion detected every 5 mins or so. Host was unwilling to correct error. The host's primary concern was how many guests would be staying at the property. We ended purchasing our own towels due to the quality and appearance of cleanliness of the ones provided. 2 of 4 the guests that were booked to stay sought out alternate accommodations for the 2nd night.Air conditioning was set at 72 degrees by host.

I live in Houston since 1974. NASA was my employer at that time. After that I had been working for various oil and gas equipment companies. This year my wife and I decided to start hosting business. We both like to be busy and work with people.

Impeccably maintained and furnished. Gracious home for entertaining with gorgeous foyer that flows through the center of the home opening to large dining room, wet bar and family room. Commercial grade Sub Zero Wolf kitchen and bar appliances with oversized center island. All floors are granite. Wide rosewood staircase is leading to a second floor loft with two beds and another wet bar and a Sub Zero refrigerator. Heated seat bathroom. Living plants inside under the skylight. Beautiful lighted swimming pool in the large backyard. Swimming pool is shared with only one more property. Great grill. Truly luxurious.
Free parking. 2 cars automatic door garage. Meticulously landscaped and night lighted. Beautiful lighted swimming pool in the large backyard. Swimming pool is shared with only one more property which also belongs to me. Great grill. Truly luxurious.
You are only a short drive from great Museum District with Rothko Chapel near by, Theater District with great Alley Theater and Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA is a bit further but certainly is worth the trip.
