Enjoy this beautiful and newly renovated home, complete with all of the amenities you need to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay. The home is set only a stone’s throw away from the charming beach area, where you will be able to splash about in the crystal clear water and then warm yourself in the hot sun upon the private dock . Retreat back to the house for a cold beverage on the scenic patio, and enjoy the quiet surroundings as you take in the beautiful sunset; or perhaps you will enjoy the unique ocean views while taking an evening dip in the infinity pool.

The interior of the home is tastefully decorated to reflect a modern summer retreat. It mixes coolness with warmth and the placement of the furniture provides a particularly sociable yet relaxed ambiance; one that is perfect to enjoy special moments with your family and loved ones. The home is fitted with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Nestle up in front of the flat-screen TV should you be so lucky to enjoy a mystical adriatic storm during one of your evening stays, which is always sure sign of a beautiful bright sunshine the following morning!

Perfect Villa for a family vacation....

The villa was perfect for our stay. We were traveling with three generations. Ages ranging from 12 to 71. All bedrooms offer generous space, private bathrooms, and wonderful views of the sea. The house was well equipped with paddle boards, snorkel gear, and bikes. The town of Selca is a short ten minute bike ride from the villa which allowed us the opportunity to bike in every morning for coffee and to bring back pastries for the family. Dragana is beyond amazing. She arranged all airport transfers, meals, and excursions to keep everyone busy. Milton & Dragana thank you for a great week!

Amazing villa and stunning location

We stayed in the villa for a week in July and we were all blown away by the villa and the location. The villa was faultless, with pretty much everything you could ask for. The views were just stunning, and the location was perfect! The sea is crystal clear and calm. Perfect for snorkelling, paddle boarding and swimming. We ventured to nearby Sumartin daily to get fresh bread from the bakery, and other supplies in the small supermarket there, which was surprisingly well stocked! We went for morning coffees, cocktails, dinners and takeaway pizzas at the local beach bar (we preferred the second one you come to from the villa) which were walkable. We used the gym, the bikes, the paddle boards, the snorkels and the canoe supplied! We would definitely visit again in the future! A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Paradise found!

An absolutely fantastic home situated on a small bay with unobstructed views from multiple angles! Milton was incredibly helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. Be sure to stock up on supplies so you can fully enjoy the amazing outdoor entertainment areas without interruptions! Staying here felt like a true immersion into the local culture and surroundings, rather than just another tourist spot. We loved picking fresh vegetables from the garden, swimming under the night sky, private beach and access to your own bicycles and longboards for those looking to explore and stay active. Take longboards to the bakery in lieu of bikes, book Peter for boat excursions, carve out time to attend mass in town and explore the other hidden gems on the island (Bol, Povlja, Pucisca, etc.). This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and Milton's place made it feel like home. Thank you so much, Milton!

Amazing villa & setting

Fabulous stay, 8 nights relaxing with family looked after by house manager Angela who made the whole experience 5*. Swim in the crystal clear water and BBQ fresh fish, shrimp, squid. Everything is here for a holiday to remember.

Wundervoller Familienurlaub in Kroatien

Wir verbrachten zum ersten mal unseren Familienurlaub in Kroatien. Die Villa liegt direkt an einer ruhigen Bucht mit Kiesstrand. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet (Stand-up Paddles, Räder, Fitnessgeräte etc.) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gutes Restaurant in Fußnähe. Eine Strandbar und Cocktailbar ebenso. Eines von vielen Highlights war die morgentliche Radfahrt entlang der Küste zum Bäcker nach Sumartin und das anschließende Frühstück auf der großzügigen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Liebevoll und sehr engagiert betreut wird die Villa von Angela. Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Urlaub - wir kommen wieder nächstes Jahr! Gerne vergeben wir 5 von 5 Sternen :) Silvia, 2021

By profession I am a practising dentist.
I have three adult daughters that also live in Canada. They love Croatia and spend 2 weeks each year here in second home on the island of Brac.

Why they chose this property

This house was passed on from my parents and due to the perfect waterfront location, I had it completely updated in 2018. It is our personal holiday home which we like to offer to our guests for several months a year.

What makes this property unique

Sumartin - a port village, and one of the youngest on the island of Brac - has many bars, and restaurants to enjoy at your leisure. Here is where you will also find fresh bread in the morning and a small grocery shop! On your journey down to the village, stop by the small local beach-front bar, only a 5-minute walk away from the house. For day-trips, we recommend driving to the beautiful town of Bol, only 17 km away from the villa. Contrary to Sumartin, Bol is the oldest town on the coast of Brac, but this certainly does not deter from its energy and action.

Villa Nova Sumartin is the ideal spot for your most memorable family retreat yet.
