It was everything explained in the description. There was clear communication from host, easy check-in and check-out. Clean, easy access to beach and nearby restaurants and stores. Pool was clean, and everyone also staying in condos were so friendly. My husband and son were very happy with accessibility to the fish station also on the premises.

Really nice condo close to everything and easy access to the ocean. Everything ran seamless through booking to checkout. Kids enjoyed the pool and games at the amenity center. We had a golf cart delivered and ran great. Made it supper easy to get around. Would stay stay here again in a second on our next visit to Port A.

Port A Getaway

Decent place to stay. Right on the beach. Wish you didn’t have to pick up the keys at a separate place. Maybe change to keypad entry? A few bugs but that’s expected near the water. Beds weren’t the most comfy but overall the stay was satisfactory. We would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Beachhead since 1995, I wouldn’t even consider going to any other property , even if was cheaper. The location is the best, probably around 200 yards and you’re standing in the Gulf of Mexico. The other big plus is the giant swimming pool. The Condos are clean and sleep 6

Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great! Condo is on the 3rd floor and no elevator (should probably be listed in the description so people with mobility issues are aware) Location was absolutely PERFECT! Not too far from the restaurants but far enough away from the crowds.Condo itself could use some refreshing. Bathtubs were not clean, master could use a shower head extender (I'm 5'4" and it hit me in the shoulders), had to wash the dishes we used BEFORE we used them as they were not clean, dishes themselves could use a refresh - many bowls and plates had chips and cracks. Give the guests more than 1 towel per person! We were a family of 4 and only received 4 towels. Parking was TIGHT. Should probably elaborate more on the parking situation in the description of the condo. We brought my mid size SUV and we had to move the car each time we wanted to get in and out.

Needs LOTS of upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with our stay and the management. We called multiple times to get access to wifi and no one got back to us. Dishwasher didn't work so we had to hand wash everything. Garbage disposal didn't work. Light in kitchen worked on and off. The outside patio light never worked. Master bedroom lights needed replacing. I left a complain to management and I never heard anything back. The extra sheets were NOT clean. The location is ideal and the beach access is great.
