Fredelig oase i Provincetown - Afslappende og stille med nem adgang til handling

Vores store Condo er nyrenoveret og ligger i et roligt kvarter, kun 15 minutters gang fra færgehavnen og skridt væk fra National Seashore, Beech Forest og cykelstier. Det er et to soveværelse, to bad lejlighed med en familie / rec. værelse med over 1500 kvadratmeter boligareal. Faciliteter inkluderer en forreste gårdhave og lille bagdæk, lyst åbent koncept stue-spisekøkken til sjove måltider og hængende ud, baghave, veludstyret kokekøkken, udendørs gasgrill, parkering udenfor gaden til 2 biler, fuld størrelse vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, opvaskemaskine, bordtennisbord, wifi og aircondition. Dette er et roligt og skyggefuldt sted med nem adgang til cykelstier og strande, men inden for gåafstand til al aktivitet på Commercial Street. Ugentlig leje satser inkluderer sengetøj, håndklæder og badehåndklæder. Vores lejepris løber fredag til fredag med check-in kl 3:00 p. m. og tjek ud før 11:00 a. m. Vi tilbyder dog fleksibilitet til kortere ophold i udvalgte uger og lavsæsonen. Udlejning er tilgængelig året rundt.

Great place

House was perfect! Great location and easy access to town and the beaches. Owners were easy to communicate with. House was well equipped and was perfect for us. Highly recommend and will stay again. I can’t rave enough about it.

Absolutely Wonderful

Stayed four nights. The property is impeccable. We got in much later than expected on the first night. Jill was fabulous and texted a kind message to let them know if we were having any problems checking in. Checking and out in was super easy. Quite and friendly neighborhood. We would definitely rent from them again.

Peaceful

Spacious, updated and modern interior. Plenty of amenties. Location is equidistant from Harsimus Cove and Race Point beaches, and a 15 minute walk into town. Responsive and gracious hostesses!

September Vacation!

We had a fantastic time at your home! It was spacious for three friends to spread out. We appreciate your accommodating our check in & check out times because we were flying. The outdoor areas provided opportunities to read, sit in the sun, & relax. Loved all the beach paraphernalia! Comfortable beds. We want to come back! Thank you so much!

Great space and location!

We loved the beautiful location, abundance of space, well appointed kitchen, comfy queen beds, and both bathrooms. There was ample room inside and out - a game room/tv area downstairs, a great grilling area and backyard among all the other amenities. Close to both town and several Cape Cod Nat’l Seashore beaches, we were able to easily bike to town and the beach. (Great trails and loops for those looking for longer rides.) We purchased a National Parks Pass in advance which granted us access for these beaches. (You can pay by day at the entrance booths or also buy a cape cod seashore pass.) Herring Cove and Race Point, two favorites of ours, were about 10 min away by car. The beaches themselves were amazing; spacious, clear water and no seaweed. (We saw seals and whales in the distance!) There was an emergency in Provincetown regarding the septic due to a storm (did not directly impact us as the house has it’s own) and we were contacted quickly with suggestions for dinner locations and other alternate options during our visit. 10/10 would recommend the house, hosts and town.

Close to Bike Trails

The easiest way to get around Provincetown is by bike or on foot. You could walk to town from this house but it was much quicker by bike. Also, the bike paths to the National Seashore, Race Point Beach, our close by. Nice open floor plan and kitchen. Would stay again.

Spacious and quiet location

We stayed a week at this lovely property less than a mile from downtown PTown. You can easily bike or even walk to town and leave your car at the house. The house was well equipped with kitchen and household items, towels, spices, toiletries, paper goods and even condiments in the fridge. The main floor open floor plan was ideal for having dinner, listening to music, lounging on the couch - all in one space. Baths were modern, beds were very comfortable and closets were also spacious. We had an excellent time - sad to go home!

Excellent Choice!

This property was more than we could of imagined! So well equipped, with everything we could ever need! The beds were very comfortable, there were beach chairs, and beach towels, games and books for the kids, and a ping pong table. The beach was 2 minutes away, and P-town was very close, walkable, but we chose to drive in and park. The house was spotless, and Jill and Beth are wonderful hosts.

Modern, Clean, Comfortable Home in a Nice Neighborhood and Convenient Location

The house is modern, clean and comfortable. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. The home is in a lovely neighborhood, which is close enough to Commercial Street to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. It is near biking/walking trails and Race Point Beach. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Perfect

If you want a perfect location in Provincetown this is it. Walk to Commercial Street in 15-20 minutes. Drive to two great beaches in under 10 minutes. Nice quiet neighborhood, and the rental is immaculate with all the amenities you could possibly need.

Clean, practical & great space

This is a really beautifully re-done condo. We loved having the open space for our family (2 young kids) and we ended up hosting a group of visiting family members for dinner. Jill, the owner, helped us figure out where to order an incredible lobster/clam bake, the basement & yard served as excellent play space for cousins to hang out, the long dining room table, kitchen counter & little tables outside made it easy to have everyone together. The place was clean and well-stocked including so many practical items that nobody wants to figure out when traveling (all soaps, paper towels, tp, etc.). Everything about communication, checking in, etc. was really easy & the owners checked in with us to make sure we were all set and were enjoying our stay. The location was a lovely, quiet street. The only minor things to know are that you'll need a white noise app or sound machine if you're a light sleeper. The tenant next door wakes up early for work and has zoom calls. Also, if you're traveling with kids in a stroller or who aren't accustomed to walking much, just keep in mind that the route to get to Commercial Street (the downtown area) is about a 15 minute walk and is on a relatively busy road, partly without sidewalks.

Excellent choice

Jill and Beth have made an excellent task of thinking of just about any thing you need in a home . Very clean well appointed. It is a walk to town . But we loved the quite neighborhood.

Great place, great location

This rental was very comfortable, spacious and super clean! I marveled to my husband how even the windows and glasses were spotless! And the kitchen was well-stocked - all different sizes of glasses, plates. Lots of kitchen utensils. A few spare groceries. A few useful spices. Even post-it notes and a spare of scissors! These hosts definitely want you to have a great experience, and we did. Location was convenient - biked to downtown Provincetown several times (way easier than finding parking!) and to the beach and through the forest. Thank you Beth and Jill for everything.

Wonderful stay!

Really great place, felt very new and clean. Super spacious with a great kitchen for cooking and grill in the backyard. Close bike ride to town. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend!

We love Casa Renova because of the close proximity to bike paths, hiking trails and beaches. It is peaceful and quiet yet only a 15 minute walk to all the activity, restaurants and shops on Commercial Street.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our kitchen has all the tools you need to cook at home, and the big open layout is great for all guests to hang out together. We have a blender, food processor, hand mixer, pots and pans and enough bowls, plates and silverware for everyone. Our full size ping pong table is great for rainy days. We have added a desk in 2020 to accommodate those who need to check in at work while on the Cape.
