LaVida Cottageは、オンタリオ湖から2ブロック、18マイルクリークを見渡す趣のある静かな環境にあります。 3/4エーカーの裏庭には、ファイヤーピット、2つのパティオ、ピクニックスポット、そして家族用のテントを張るためのたくさんの場所があります。
庭はあらゆる種類の野生生物が生息する非常に活発な湿地を見下ろしています。
広い屋外会場では、卒業式、結婚式、その他の野外活動が催されます。
私たちは、ゲスト用車両、小型トレーラー、漁船用の路上駐車場を無料で提供しています。

The cabin is cozy. It was my second time staying and its still my favorite cabin in Burt.Mike is a excellent host with a very clean and well maintained property. I would recomend Mikes cabin to anyone looking to stay in the Burt/Olcott area. Its a nice quiet community and the locals are very nice. Thanks again to the host Mike.

Great place near Niagara Falls

We wanted a quieter place to stay outside of Niagara and this was a great location. Right by Lake Ontario and the quaint little town Olcott. Fun shops and easy to walk dogs. Large park in vicinity was perfect. The cottage yard and fire pit were perfect and private. No complaints. Best trip on record thus far!

Weekend stay

Great place for a quiet getaway with pets. Location close to the park, Lake Ontario waterfront, wineries and breweries. Nice large yard for pets to play. Cottage was very quiet even though it is on a main road.

Great place

Much bigger than expected, location was great. The park is beautiful, we look forward to future stays. The fire pit looked amazing but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to take advantage of it. Next time!

Making the best family memories

Our family loved our stay at the La Vida cottage. We were so close to Lake Ontario, Niagara Falls and many other wonderful family attractions. The cottage fit our family perfectly. With the large yard, privacy and location we couldn’t have stayed in a more perfect vacation home. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very nice stay. The house rules about no shoes or guests were a bit much. but we dealt with it. There also were a few trip hazards a couple of short steps ay the front door and the main bedroom but once we got used to them it was all fine. Also the stones on the front walk were loose so you have to be careful. Other than that, the place was very nice . We would stay here again

Positives: good yard space, close to park and lake, hoist temperature works great, good parking, excellent fire pit, light switches were well documented, good bedroom spaces. Negatives: tiny bathroom, black ants, cell service difficult inside, wifi connectivity with video services not great. I checked WiFi speed and was ok so not sure why it was a challenge.

Awesome location for seasonal fishing. The Owner Mike was very acomidating, friendly, and helpfull. Great local experience. The local food is amazing. The cabin was cozy. Honestly can't think of anything to complain about. Hope to stay again next year. Thanks for opening your cabin to us.

Beautiful Location

LaVida Cottage was so wonderful! The cottage itself was cozy and provided everything our family needed. My children loved playing in the huge yard and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The host, Mike, was always available and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay at LaVida Cottage again!

LaVida cottage is located on a major fly away and wetland.
Our 300 foot frontage on this wetland gives a spectacular overview of the activity 50’ below you.
In addition, the 1 acre backyard provides peace and tranquility, as well a great place to catch a starry night.

We are located two blocks from Krull Park And it’s a beautiful walks over looks beach and historic building.
World-famous (they literally ship all over the world) Byes Popcorn Stand is located within a few hundred feet of our south driveway. They have been in business for over 79 years.
The town Marina is just over the Rt.18 bridge about five blocks away, with access to Lake Ontario and it’s famous fishery through the town marina or the two private marinas and the Olcott Yacht Club.
Niagara County and the town of Newfane are proud to announce the installation of the Outer Harbor Breakwall, giving boaters a safer and more expanded harbor.
