Enjoy your favorite beverage on a large balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton, wonderful location to see the fireworks and beautiful panoramic views of the sunsets. This condo complex is gated and in a wonderful location just off of Hwy 7 South (Central Ave), boat rental and several marina's are within view. It is located just minutes away from the mall, many restaurants, and everyone's favorite Oaklawn Racing & Gaming. This is a lower floor unit with only 5 steps to the front door from the parking lot. This condo offers everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we have a 50" 4k TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, free WiFi, HD cable service, and a washer and dryer. Come enjoy the views, pool, and amazing location of our condo.

Great lakeside location

Convenient location to all things Hot Springs. Very clean and well-stocked unit. Perfect sunset lake view. We will be back!

Clean and very well appointed

All amenities were on hand. Based on all the other pluses was disappointed in towel quality. They were adequate but everything else was exceptional.

Great Stay!

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time! The condo was comfy, the balcony overlooked the lake, the area was safe and quiet. We had a really great time. The condo was the cleanest I've ever seen.

Beautiful views from balcony, living area and master bedroom. Great location for the fireworks shows. Condo is a great size, good layout with roomy bedrooms. Tasteful decor. I could live here!

Amazing View!!!

My wife and I stayed with our two sons (5 and 2) for the week. We arrived to the most beautiful sunset over the lake that I’ve ever seen. The condo was very well appointed, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The TV in the living room was HUGE! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our family. Grocery store, restaurants, and gas were very close. Our sons fished off the dock each night. The owner/property manager was very helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful

The property was very peaceful and quiet. Close to several eating establishments as well as any other needs you may have. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.
