Exclusive location in the hotel zone, very quiet. You can walk in the boulevard with complete security, the city provide an excellent vigilance.

In front of the condominium, walking 3 minutes there is a 24 hours store...Oxxo, and inside the Condo we have a convenience store still.

In front of the condominium there is the bus stop and you can get the service the 24 hours, if you want to go to the night clubs, shopping malls or visit the boulevard Kukulcan, Plaza la Isla or another places.

You can take the R-1 if you want to go to the downtown.
And the R-2 if you want to go to Walmart and Market 28.

Very nice view

The view was awesome. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. The restaurant had amazing ceviche . Andrea was super helpful and responsive .

The view is amazing

The room is good, the view from the balcony is amazing, the service is also good. The only thing I would like to advise is to be able to take portions of powder (for money) for washing and napkins for drying. Since it was necessary to wash once and had to buy a package of powder. This is the first time I have dealt with a mortgage. I don’t remember that this was indicated in the description, but be aware that upon check-in you will be asked for a deposit, which you will have to return upon check-out. The hotel is located in the zona hotelera closer to the airport, at 19.5 km

I liked that this property was on the beach. I didn't like that upon arrival, I was given a different room than the one I booked. I paid for a room with 2 beds and they said they didn't have any of those left. I also paid for an ocean view and was shown a pool view. I told them if they don't have the room I paid for, I want some money back. They said they don't give money back and made me wait in the lobby for over an hour while they figured something out. Somehow, in the end, they ended up finding a room with 2 beds and an ocean view. I did enjoy the room; I didn't enjoy being made to feel like I was about to get taken advantage of.

Terribly misleading

Nothing similar to photos in the listing. Roaches all over the kitchen and bathroom area and around the bed. The floors and linens were dirty as was the bathroom. Couldn’t even sleep through the night and woke up at 7/8 to very loud construction the next morning. Still trying to get my money back from this stay.

The only complaint was the map placed the unit directly in the Hotel Zone, a few blocks away from Coco Bongo ... When in reality, it was about a 15 minute drive.

Map shows wrong location - which I was specifically looking and filtering to, I got duped

The place was okay (clean, safe, etc) . But the vrbo showed a different location, and I specifically looked for that location (close to playa caracol) as it is not windy as the eastern side. We couldnt play on the beach b/c of waves (yes my little one is afraid), and for a half day we visited the playa caracol, it was obvious if we stayed on that side we would have enjoyed our vacation instead of spending our stay on the pool (which I could have done any where). I dont know whether the vrbo is listing this place wrong or not, I feel like I wasted my vacation.

Nice room and view! Room 3510

The room they first gave us was not the room I booked and was very tiny and had only a small Murphy bed and didn’t include soap, shampoo etc. As we were expecting. The next day ms. Andrea moved us to the actual room I booked which was larger, cleaner, more modern and bright. We loved it!! The view was incredible. Ms. Andrea was good to work with and the maid service was top notch. The condo restaurant was fine. Most days they didn’t have ingredients to make some meals or “mojitos” but they were very kind and tried very hard. Gary is a great bartender and a hard worker 😊. Same as I found if you don’t get up to save a chair by the pool or the beach you might not get one( I read reviews earlier stating there are lots of chairs available) not the case on our stay. We stayed 9 days and we would stay there again. You must eat at Navios, a short walk to your left leaving the parking lot and cross the street . The ocean has VERY strong waves and the undertow is strong, be cautious. An older man drown our second day there- from the resort beside us. We heard it’s possible he had a heart attack while swimming. You should feel confident booking at this condo through Ms. Andrea.
