Welcome to Kiawah! Enjoy this recently renovated two bedroom two bath villa for your next Kiawah vacation. This villa is located within a 3 minute walk of the beach. Relax on the porch and watch as the golfers come down the 16th hole of the Cougar Point Golf Course.

This two bedroom villa has a king size bed in the primary bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a shower/tub combo. Perfect for a kids bath after a day at the beach. The kitchen is also recently updated and is fully equipped. Sweeping views of the golf course can be enjoyed from the kitchen table, living room and primary bedroom. When it is time for the beach, follow the bike trail from the back door and it will lead you right to it without having to cross a road.

Kiawah Island offers the finest in golf, tennis, and natural beauty on the East Coast. Kiawah was rated the happiest seaside town for 2012 by Coastal Living magazine. Kiawah was voted #1 island by Conde Nast readers and Charleston was voted #1 city in America by Conde Nast for the fourth year in a row.

Kiawah Island has over 30 miles of bike trails, 10 miles of beaches (ranked in Dr. Beaches Top Ten for since 2011), 5 golf courses, including the Ocean Course home of the 1991 Ryder Cup, 2007 Senior PGA Championship, 2012 PGA Championship, 2021 PGA Championship and the 2031 PGA Championship. The island also has a world class tennis center.
