Welcome to Kiawah! Enjoy this recently renovated two bedroom two bath villa for your next Kiawah vacation. This villa is located within a 3 minute walk of the beach. Relax on the porch and watch as the golfers come down the 16th hole of the Cougar Point Golf Course.

This two bedroom villa has a king size bed in the primary bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a shower/tub combo. Perfect for a kids bath after a day at the beach. The kitchen is also recently updated and is fully equipped. Sweeping views of the golf course can be enjoyed from the kitchen table, living room and primary bedroom. When it is time for the beach, follow the bike trail from the back door and it will lead you right to it without having to cross a road.

Kiawah Island offers the finest in golf, tennis, and natural beauty on the East Coast. Kiawah was rated the happiest seaside town for 2012 by Coastal Living magazine. Kiawah was voted #1 island by Conde Nast readers and Charleston was voted #1 city in America by Conde Nast for the fourth year in a row.

Kiawah Island has over 30 miles of bike trails, 10 miles of beaches (ranked in Dr. Beaches Top Ten for since 2011), 5 golf courses, including the Ocean Course home of the 1991 Ryder Cup, 2007 Senior PGA Championship, 2012 PGA Championship, 2021 PGA Championship and the 2031 PGA Championship. The island also has a world class tennis center.

We had a fabulous girls get away weekend. The villa was a short walk to the beach, near bike trails and overlooking the golf course.It was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and pots and pans. The villa also had beach chairs!

Very convenient location!

We stayed here for a wedding at the Sandcastle and it was a very convenient location. Only a short walk to the beach and a close drive to the shops on the island. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great villa, short walk to beach

We had a great weekend stay in this villa! It was nice, clean and a short walk to the beach on the bike path. We only cooked breakfast and had everything we needed in the kitchen for that. I suggested adding blackout curtains in the twin room as the streetlight shone pretty bright at night. The king room was nice and dark. Overall we really enjoyed this property and would stay again.

Fun golf course views

We enjoyed staying on the Island and being on the golf course. The unit was clean and well-equipped. It’s super close to the beach and shopping. The only issue is there were no check-in / check-out instructions other than the code to get in.

Wedding weekend

Nice location on golf course. Views to fairway were very nice. Main bathroom had nice marble countertop. But Glasses, dishes and silverware all dirty. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Cheapest coffee maker possible and dirty. Manager didn’t know as to what coffee makers were on the property. 1970’s era condo with inexpensive sheets and linens. With just a little more effort it could be nice.
