Suite - Zpoint

Z point consists of 4 independent 2 level Houses of 80sqm consists of 2 floors and a semi floor.
They all feature a 35sqm spit living room, with a double sofa bed, 12sqm attic with a single or double sofa mattress, 17sqm bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom of 10sqm size. All of the houses feature balcony with view to Parga, Lefkada island and Paxoi island of the Ionian sea.

All Houses have the same magnificent view. The complex also features private garden for each house and a shared pool.

Each Residence can host up to 6 persons (4 Adults + 2 children). On the ground floor of each house you will find a living room with comfortable and cozy sofas, LCD TV and fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals and snacks. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom and a large bathroom. All the residencies have a spacious balcony that offers you a breathtaking view of Parga and the Ionian Sea.
