Enjoyed stay. This is in an older neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. House was clean and in generally good shape. It needs a little exterior maintenance and some maintenance in the master bathroom. Overall it was a really good stay. Would recommend.

Unexpected turn of events

I was down for my daughters wedding. I had planned on hosting a brunch at the property for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding and to have pictures/video while doing so. We arrived at the property after 4pm on Friday and entered the home and it was 80° inside. We left to go to the Hyatt where the wedding was being held and went to the rehearsal dinner. We got back to the house around 11pm and it was 78° inside the house. We called the property manager at 7:45 the next day and was told they couldn’t have anyone there until after 3pm. Although the air was fixed when we got back to the house after 11pm. I was very disappointed that I was not able to hold my daughters bridal gathering of all of us getting ready together. It is a memory that was never made and I am extremely disappointed.

Bachelorette weekend

A group of girls stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and were overall very pleased! They allowed me to check in early and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. I saw a previous review about the master bedroom mattress and they must have switched it out because the girls that slept in that room literally took the sheets off to see the brand of the mattress so they could buy it, they raved about its comfort. Lots of space and linens available! The location is perfect- right between downtown Savannah and Tybee. The only reason I give 4 starts for location is the neighborhood, we had a couple bad experiences with neighbors. Overall, I would stay here again!

Quiet Neighborhood close to everything

I loved this location and the house was very quaint. The reviews I read about the outside were either addressed or I am not as picky, it looked like a normal house with normal exterior upkeep. The inside was very clean. The towels were soft. The beds comfortable. The kitchen set up (while we didn't utilize much more than the refrigerator) was very nice.....new appliances and really nice. This was for a long weekend trip with my husband and our adult son and his girlfriend. We found getting into the city easy and literally less than 10 minutes. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

The house was clean centrally located neighborhood quiet and neat i only have 1 complaint 2 suggesti

The house was clean looked just like pictures i only have 1 complaint and 2 suggestions my complaint is front door lock had to struggle to get in the house and had to struggle to go out definitely need a new lock suggestions need extra blankets or throws and bedside lamps other than we had a great time thank you from old ladies

It was a nice clean home . Not very far from the center . this was our first Air bnb experience and we would stay there again. There were a couple of things that need attention otherwise it would have been a 5 star. Thank you we will again use your home for our next stay in Savannah

The home was very nice. There could have been towel racks in the hall bathroom. There should have been a mattress pad on the bed in the master bedroom. The lighting in the kitchen could have been brighter. The light over the stove was out. The awning around the entire home could be washed off, there were many bugs and spider webs underneath. However, with all that said there was nothing wrong with the inside dwellings as far as cleanliness. Very nice home and quiet residential neighborhood. Would love to stay again.

Nice location

This home was very clean and the location was great to downtown approximately 10minutes. They provided everything needed for your stay. I give it 5 stars and management allowed us to check in early!

Overall, very nice stay

Great location, close to beach & downtown Savannah. The home was very warm (set at 78) upon arrival & took the entire first day to cool off but was fine after that. Hot water heater was also turned off so first shower was very cold. Otherwise, very comfortable with plenty of room with 2 teenage boys.

Nothing fancy, but worked out well

The house is a nice little place located between the city and the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, but served the purpose of a bed and a shower. I think there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed by the property owner, but nothing that would stand in the way of having an enjoyable stay. Very nice to have laundry on site, and beach supplies that were encouraged to be used.

inside great- outside not great

the inside of the house was in great shape but, the outside was not in very good shape at all. there was cob webs on the doors, the yard had not been cut, there was trash left in the back, cob webs was on the box where you get the key. when we put the trash in the big trash can someone had put something in it that had died. the smell almost made us sick. you need to keep the person responsible for the inside and FIRE the person responsible for the upkeep of the outside.Other than that we enjoyed the stay. BUT,WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

Suburban Savannah

Quiet location, yet close enough to town for inexpensive Uber rides. Too much backyard security lighting means you can't fully darken master bedroom. No bedside lights. Nice den. Kitchen table was set with their dishes - looked nice, but were they trying to tell us not to use that table? Had to move their things out of the way in order to eat breakfast.

Convenient location and ample space

We were in town for our son's destination wedding in historic Savannah. This house was the perfect location with a quick commute to allow us to have the space we needed without paying the higher prices in the historic district where parking is a little tricky. We were also a quick 20 minute drive to Tybee for our beach day. House had everything we needed and then some. The on-site property contact, Wendy, was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. The only drawback were the TVs in the house. The cable system was strange. They did have roku and fire sticks which we were fine with but the large TV in the family room had a remote that wouldn't work and no external buttons on the TV other than the input so never could watch TV in there. The 3rd bedroom had no TV in it. We weren't there a bunch to need it but if you are used to going to bed watching TV it's a problem.

I liked the fact there are cameras outside. The house was well kept and stocked with necessities and even has luxury items to use during your stay. Overall a great experience.

Perfect!

Birthday trip with my girlfriends, a lot was going on in Savannah hotels were booked or prices exaggerated. Found this nice quaint home and it was perfect. Very clean, secure, and perfect location. Would stay here again!

Great House!

This was a great house for a family to vacation. Very spacious and SUPER clean! It had everything in it we needed and even a grill to use. Very comfortable beds and the sheets smelled wonderful!

Nice getaway but....

The house was swell stocked and clean and we truly appreciated that, but we didn't like the fact that they have Ring with Xfinity and cameras all around the premises. I mean I get that they want to protect their property, but we felt like we were being watched the entire time and that's not cool.

Hi Lawana, Thank you for your review! The homeowner would like to respond with the following: "Thank you for the complimentary remarks regarding the property. We do have cameras only on the outside corners of the house, they are pointed at the outside areas visible to the general public. Since the home is not our primary residence, the cameras and Ring doorbell are for our use during the times the property is unoccupied. They serve as protection for our guests as well.
