Praia Da Oura is famous for the 'strip', a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn!

This older style property is in a central location, in a residential area close to the popular Praia d'Oura and centre of Areias de Sao Joao. It is within walking distance of the "Strip", beach, restaurants and shops and is an excellent choice for families with young children or teenagers.

The accommodation is divided into two areas.
First floor: Living/dining room/open plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.

Ground floor: Living room/Kitchenette( not for cooking, light meals only), 1 double bedroom en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. We do not take groups under 22 years old.

Enclosed garden with swimming pool, barbeque, poolside shower, table-tennis and wc.
The pool is 10m x 5m being on the shallow end 1m and deep end 2.5m.
The maid comes 1 time a week or as per request and arranged with rep.

There are 6 bedrooms with beds for 12 people and prices shown are based on these.
We can also accommodate a 13/14 person on a sofa-bed in downstairs lounge at an extra cost. We can supply extra Z-bed for €30 and cots for €25.
Air-con @ €240pw and Pool heating at €240pw.
Late arrivals after 21h has a €25 charge.

We expect you to leave the house in a reasonable condition so the cleaning team doesn't have to stay extra hours, if they do you will be charge for those.

If you would like to rent a Motorcycle there is a place nearby called VESPA RENT where you can do this

Transfers: We have a regular company who does our transfers and they drop you at the house, a taxi for 4 €50, minibus for up to 8 @ €65, 9-12 €115 and 13 to 16 is €130 one way only and you pay directly to the driver. You might find it cheaper but they don't drop you outside the house only at certain points.

There is a good selection of golf courses within a short drive and Water Parks and a Zoo Marine for the children.
