Great House

This house was very spacious and plenty of room. Space was never a problem. The only thing I wish I knew was that the pool is really small. The picture made me think it was pretty big, but it’s just a little square pool. I thought with such a large house that can accommodate many guest, the pool would be bigger. The outside seating area and outside restroom is great though.

Nice house

Overall the house was nice very spacious plenty of room just a few mino yes pleaser things need some attention not enough silverware for the amount of guest the house can host know steak knives the dish washer didn’t clean the dishes very well no dust for cleaning up what you sweep up need new shower curtain rod in on of the bathrooms and a toilet paper holder in the same bathroom like I said nice house overall Kevin

Miserly beyond reason

The property was spacious, clean, and conveniently located but the manager of the property was miserly beyond anything reasonable. Our trip to Orlando happened to have lined up with a cold front that brought night time temperatures into the 40s outdoors and brought the indoor temperature to as low as 61. The manager of the house scolded me for adjusting the thermostat but wouldn’t adjust the temperature to anything that my family found comfortable (they were able to control the thermostat from a remote location and at the end of our trip the manager made sure that the heat in our house wouldn’t turn on unless the house was below 60 degrees). The bed sheets were extremely thin and no extra blankets were provided. No duvets, no comforters. Just a regular flat bed sheet and one extra thin blanket on every bed. My family found the temperature too cold and we had nothing that we could do about it. The house was only stocked with one trash bag per trash can (only on large trash can in the house), only one dishwasher pod, one towel per person, no kitchen towels. The sponge in the kitchen was one quarter of a normal sponge that was cut into pieces. The “dish soap” was a 1 oz vile that was about 80% water and about 20% dish soap (for our entire stay the manager probably only provided us with a total of one teaspoon of dish soap. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels (not even full rolls, just whatever was left by the previous tenants). Basically, the manager left us with such little items in the house that it was a challenging to keep the house clean. For such a large cleaning fee, it would have been logical to better stock the house.

A Frat House is Cleaner

This listing is not accurate! The pictures are outdated and deceiving! Communication prior to check in was vague and not detailed as expected. Upon arrival we walked into a nasty-dirty house. Sticky, un-vacuumed/un-washed floors, condom wrappers under beds, food grime and holes on/in a majority of the furniture, bathroom and bedroom light bulbs out, multiple species of bugs in multiple areas they shouldn’t be, bags of dirty linens left in the “garage” play room from previous guests, walls with marks and graffiti, carpets in every room were stained red/orange like a murder scene, doors hanging off the tracks or hinges leaned up against walls, multiple door/closet handles hanging by loose screws, large areas of grease on the patio pavers you can’t avoid walking around, garbage in the landscape around the pool, razor blades and needles in the driveway by the front door, some beds had no linens, only 1 towel per bedroom, no wash clothes. With communication with management, they only sent someone to collect the bagged dirty linens… said they would be back to clean and bring bedding but never showed. As far as a gated safe community, we were never asked what house we were staying at or had to give our name. The gates just opened….

Great location and roomy

The location was great! The house was roomy. We loved the pool. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy and quiet. However, I couldn't give it a perfect score because there is alot of wear and tear--spots and stains on carpet and walls, grill too dirty to use, and we had to clean the kitchen floor when we arrived because of crumbs. Plus only three out of eleven TVs worked. Told management but they never came out and fixed it. Also they do not provide wash clothes nor kitchen hand towels--bring your own. We had 9 adults and it was extremely roomy which was nice and the location was close to Disney World.

Nice House

We spent quality time with our family. If you are staying long it’s a great deal. Overall I enjoyed staying the house. Few things: 1. No vacuum cleaner 2. You need to enter from a gate that has guard. The one in the google maps shows always the other gate

Great house

Overall it's a great house and property manager very prompt in returning emails and calls.. The only problem we came across that the needs needs to be cleaned a little better.. you can tell they rush to clean so carpet and walls were stained.. when we wiped them down the food and stains came off easily. Also drawers in the bedroom hadn't been cleaned so there were some that had junk in them thru out the bed rooms..

Perfect Multi Family Home

We had 3 different families with a total of 8 kids staying at the house. And there was plenty of space. Very clean, and the neighborhood was only a 15 minute drive to the parks. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. And would definitely stay there again.
