The location is good. The rooms are comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work despite the fact I asked the owner specifically to set it on, and it was extremely hot inside. The host was not at the property when we checked in and was very reluctant to come! Even after he came and set up the AC the unit could never cool down the interiors even to 73 deg. If running non stop! The main toilet wouldn't flush!! The host hardly replied to our texts. He didn't come to walk through when we left and withheld our huge security deposit until we called Home Away 4 days later, and HomeAway were not very helpful either. This was by far our first and worst experience with a rental from HomeAway. Never again

Other than the bomb cyclone weather, an excellent weekend in LA with the house fairly well centered around things of interest.

Great Brentwood location

This is a modern, clean and well equipped property. Owner was very responsive and accommodated my request for an early checkin. The Brentwood location provided easy access to UCLA and LMU for our college visits. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay in Brentwood

Property and unit are totally remodeled and pictures don’t do it justice. Owners have thought of pretty much everything you would have in your own home. Everything looks new and beautiful. We will definitely be back ! A real jewel !

Nice location cute house

This house was clean and a nice location. Didn't have chairs in the back which would have been nice to sit out there. There was a nice chair on front porch. Also I didn't see an outlet in the upstairs bathroom unless I missed it. It's an old house which I can understand. Well lit throughout and comfortable beds. More coffee would have been nice, only two Keurig cups and we stayed two nites.

Lovely place and beautiful, quiet neighborhood...

Location was perfect. Parking was easy. The place was exactly as pictured. There were a few minor questions and Alex addressed them immediately. He was very accommodating...very nice people. We were very comfortable here and everything you could possible need was supplied. We will come back to stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a great place and a great neighborhood. Lovely and safe-feeling street with lots of trees and few cars and easy parking. Interior is very new. Beautiful wood floors. Great appliances, very nice furniture, good bed, great shower/bath.

Best Location

Home is very Spacious and located in an priceless location of Los angeles and everything was setup thoughtfully! a huge plus for us, near by had many activists, restaurants, bars and shops within a very short walking distance while home is located in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. the house was in nice shape and very clean and Inviting and all the L.A Attractions felt like within quick reach, everything about this stay was very pleasant and memorable, will most definitely coming back when we are in Los Angeles, special thanks to the amazing to hosts Alex!

Great Place

This place was very lovely to stay at. It was very nicely decorated and well-organized. The interior and exterior is very spacious and beautiful.
