Excellent

The property was excellent! The residence was very comfortable and in a very good location. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had all of the supplies you would need; soaps, pots and pans, kitchen ware, etc. while this is a townhouse and there are two adjoining walls with neighbors, we never heard them. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Dawn for your thoughtfulness towards your guest. We will make this our go-to place when we come back to visit family

All aspects of our stay were great. Comfortable bed. Fast and reliable wifi. Quiet and convenient neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. Professional host. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

Our home away from home. In fact we plan our semi annual trips around its availability and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is exceptionally clean, comfortably furnished in a perfect location, and Dawn is a very gracious host.

Wonderful!

Dawn was a wonderful host. Condo was in a great location and had absolutely anything you would need. Neighborhood was great, nice area to walk and close to the pool. Loved our stay and would 100% book again.

Perfect for us

The place was perfect for us. The place had everything we needed including scissors! Hopefully will be able to stay here when we visit next year. Owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Comfy and quiet

The location north of town is great- located off Oracle and River Rds it’s well situated to visit the city then retire to a quiet space. The unit is fully equipped- we were commenting on how we could live here. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location with pool

Great location, only 15 minutes from campus, and close to mall/shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with community pool located right next to this unit. Dawn was amazing on our first night when the A/C didn’t work!

Excellent stay

This property was the perfect size and condition for us. Everything went real smooth and we had great communication with the host. Everything we needed was provided and the house was much cleaner than many other places we have stayed. The neighborhood was very friendly and we had easy access to the pool where we met other friendly neighbors. We hope to stay there again soon.

Close to The Loop and everything!

We so enjoyed our stay. The rental was very well equipped, even with pool towels and filtered water in the fridge. Dawn made our stay seamless and comfortable. The patio needed a major clean however, so it didn’t seem inviting (as I envisioned it would be). The only negative to our stay…can’t wait to return.

Amazing Arizona Stat

This was our second time staying at this property and each time it amazes me how thoughtful everything is laid out. Each stay has been perfect with everything we need on the property. Dawn was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs which were few. If you are looking for a well appointed place, located close to great restaurants and friendly people, this is your place. Peaceful, relaxing and quiet.

Great month in this quaint neighborhood.

It was just what we wanted. The pool was 75 steps away. I enjoyed the 104° hot tub every morning. Great friendly neighborhood. Unit had everything we needed. Nice to have Xfinity cable. Fireplaces were a plus. Bella was trained on using the doggie door after a few days. We just loved it here.

Great Tucson Spot

Clean, spacious, well equipped, good location for sightseeing. Host was very responsive and provided complimentary coffee and btl of wine as well as having condiments and storage containers available. Refrig was noisy at first but issue was resolved. Water in kitchen was not very hot but baths were ok. We were very comfortable here. We would definitely stay again if in area.

Gem in Tucson

We had a wonderful stay at this nice Pueblo style house in Tucson. Highly recommend it if you are in this area! We were here for Thanksgiving. Traveled with our family and dogs. Dawn, the owner, put out dog treats for the pups, and a bottle of wine for us 😁 The bedrooms are spacious and it has a nice little backyard area. Loved the pool and hot tub, but didn’t get a chance to use them. We plan to stay again next time we are in Tucson! Many thanks!

Close in location

Our stay was relaxing and as busy as we wanted it to be because many places we wanted to visit were relatively close. We were disappointed, however, that the pool and spa area was not available to us the entire time. This was due to the pool needing repairs, not the VRBO owners’ fault. The patio also gets windswept and very dusty; a mid-visit cleanup of the exterior would be nice for us renters. Dawn is a responsive host and takes care of her guests.

The best VRBO!

Dawn and Jason are thoughtful, organized, hands-on owners who are immediately responsive to any requests. Dawn left us a bottle of wine and the doggie bowl was filled with water! The neighborhood was quiet despite being close and convenient to everything. The patio-front porch-garage is all enclosed so we really appreciated just letting our dog out. The furniture is comfortable and the condo was well stocked. I think VRBO should ask Dawn and Jason to do online training with other VRBO hosts!

Great home base

This was our second trip to Tucson and this location was perfect for a "fact-finding" trip. Great location, central to a lot of different places. Easy shot to downtown, airport, or pretty much anywhere. The neighborhood is just off a fairly busy road (Oracle) but it was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. The house was well-furnished and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and well maintained (altho I thought it was funny that there were only two chaise lounge chairs). The mid-70s felt fantastic to us from Washington but I think the Arizonans were still chilly, so we had the pool area to ourselves most of the time. Really good breakfast/lunch cafe right next door (First Watch).. We'd happily stay here again.

Perfect Tucson Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Tucson townhome. We are VRBO vacation home owners ourselves, so I am pretty picky. But this home is a "gem" in every way. The location is perfect, in a lovely small development of townhomes in a nice part of Tucson, with beautiful and mature landscaping, peaceful and quiet. Yet it's only minutes to loads of shopping, including a Whole Foods! Plus this particular condo is only steps away from the shared pool complex, which itself is very nicely kept and attractive. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished, with comfy beds (well, we only used one), and good quality linens and towels. The layout of the home was perfect for us, and we liked each having our own bathroom! It also has a very attractive and large patio space to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails under the shade of the olive tree. Awesome! Our dog loved the house too, and was very happy being able to go in and out to the patio whenever she wanted. The owner even provided a dog bowl, a drinking water dispenser, and some great dog treats! Our dog was in heaven the whole time, and we love it when a property owner is clearly a "dog person". The kitchen was very well equipped, and the owner even provided a lot of staples which we really appreciated, especially the good coffee that we enjoyed every morning! So many quality touches and little extras throughout the house! And last but not least, Dawn is a very attentive and responsive owner. She made checking in and getting settled easy, and she responded quickly to any texts with questions we had. Dawn was so helpful to my husband when he had to have a "emergency" Amazon delivery sent to us at the townhome. Dawn is very accommodating and hospitable - the perfect VRBO host, in my opinion. I can't say enough about this wonderful vacation property and its owner. We will be back, and we highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing and comfortable stay in Tucson!

Nice quiet place to relax - Great find

I loved this place. It was quiet and a great place to relax, and a great base for coming and going. I always look forward to being outside when I go to Tucson. My favorite place to be. The terrace is wonderful with some sun and shade. I go out every morning to hike, bird watch and enjoy the parks. The afternoons and evenings are perfect on the terrace. The best mix for a vacation. The villa is comfortable and clean. The hosts are helpful, think of everything and are gracious. I will be back to enjoy this great little spot.
