Propiedad frente al lago, escapada tranquila. Campos de golf cercanos. Tiendas Amish cercanas.

Casa bellamente construida que tiene mucho espacio adentro para dormir hasta 6. Enorme cocina, porche trasero con vista desbloqueada del lago. Un muelle para pescar y amarrar su bote.

Muchas ventanas permiten una brisa cruzada en el interior. Una gran cocina para cocinar y comer en. Dos habitaciones, ambas con armarios. Uno con una reina, el otro con una litera, una cama nido y una cama plegable.

Tenemos calefacción central para que la casa sea cómoda para los visitantes durante todo el invierno. Tenemos dos unidades de CA portátiles con ventana que no están conectadas la mayor parte del año. Se proporcionan instrucciones para los visitantes de verano sobre cómo configurarlas.

La cocina está equipada con refrigerador, microondas, estufa, olla de barro, Keurig, cafetera completa, muchos platos, ollas y sartenes y utensilios, todo en buenas condiciones. También tenemos una parrilla al aire libre en buenas condiciones, que se debe mover del porche al patio para su uso (no use líquido para encendedores en la parrilla). La cocina incluye una larga mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas. Hay otra mesa para 4 justo al lado.

Tenemos un televisor de pantalla plana con un cable HDMI conectado. Puede conectar su computadora portátil y conectarse a su servicio de Internet para ver lo que quiera. También tenemos un reproductor de DVD disponible, así como juegos para jugar.

La casa está ubicada en el lago Boner, y está muy cerca de dos grandes lagos deportivos (Lakes Syracuse y Wawasee). El estacionamiento está en la calle sobre la casa (aunque no bloquee el camino para los vecinos al otro lado de la carretera). Si bien queremos que disfrutes y te diviertas, esta no es una casa para fiestas salvajes.

La casa está ubicada en una calle sin salida boscosa en un barrio tranquilo.

nice place. Only draw back is a few of the other houses are kinda a run down but don't let that dissuade you. The place is in great shape!

Girls Weekend

Very peaceful little difficult to get down to house but owner did allow me to take truck down to unload belongs. Asl made it easier for somewhat disabled friend. Walking up and down embankment was not an option for her. Wish they would have provided a charcoal chimmy starter would have made the restriction in place easier made due..overall we had a great time.

Lovely home and had just what we needed! Communication with the owners was great and they recommended some good spots for us to visit…Canoes are definitely needed if you want to catch fish as the vegetation in water doesnt allow it from the dock…Would visit again

Great relaxing time

Overall place was exactly as promised. Neighbors were friendly but left us alone, place was clean and actually nicer than pictures portray. Use of canoes was great, caught tons of fish. Geeat Time!

Lovely home, and hub in a great area!

Cute & affordadable getaway in the heart of Amish country. Tom was EXTREMELY responsive and accomodating. The house had all we needed for my wife and I and two adult kids. Enjoyed use of the canoes on the peaceful lake and it was a great hub to the visit Midwest Museum of Art & Menno-Hof as well as Amish shops and nature areas. Highly reccomend!

Serene getaway

We loved the solitude of this lake house. While it was small, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and plenty of room. We spent most of our time on the back porch swing, taking in the serene lake view and nature. It was so relaxing going out on the canoes to enjoy the lake a bit more. It was great for a relaxing couple weekend away from the kids.

Quiet, relaxing weekend

The house had lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The backyard view was amazing. Great firepit made relaxing in the evening the end to a great day.

Peaceful property

We have enjoyed staying at this property for a few years now and it is a perfect getaway. It is quiet on this particular lake and very serene for enjoying your morning coffee on the porch swing. The property owners are very responsive, which is always a plus.

Nice quiet get away

This is a nice quiet place to stay. Lots of nature, animals in the evenings. Neighbors were friendly. We struggled with checking in but believe it was a glitch with the app itself. The beds were not super comfy but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lakeside ranch Syracuse Indiana

The house was great! It was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean and well kept. The kitchen is fantastic. Would rent again. Just a couple things that could be improved over time. The bed and living room furnishings could be improved. Not very comfortable for sharing the bed as any movement very disruptive. Sofa is sleep sofa and very low. Was hard for senior to get up. No cable tv but limited channels. The lake is nice but under water foliage made it difficult to get in or fish from the pier. Neighborhood was hit and miss. Some were not cared for but this house was immaculate. Hard to control neighbors. Lake was small but useable with water craft. Overall we had a pleasant experience. The town’s surrounding area was beautiful and loved the Amish experience and countryside. I would recommend this home just being aware of the lake and neighborhood issues.

Family vacation

Our family of five had the most wonderful time on our summer lake vacation! The house is beautiful, clean, and was perfect for us! The kitchen is large and so nice, and there’s two tables to eat, hang out, and play games. We loved going out on the canoes, and it was great that there are two so we could all be out at the same time!! We also had the best time going to various places in the area such as Winona Lake, Shipshewana, Syracuse and Wawassee, and the county fair- we couldn’t believe how much there was to do in the area. We honestly had a hard time narrowing down what we wanted to do. Tom and Carolyn were wonderful communicating with us, and we didn’t really have any questions once we arrived because they left great info about the house. The kids are already are asking when we can come back! It was a wonderful family trip!

Cozy and comfy

This is our second stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable - even though it was below freezing, the house stayed cozy. It’s not huge, or luxurious, but is great for our needs as a place to stay while we visit nearby family. We even cooked Thanksgiving dinner there, and the kitchen was well enough equipped we didn’t run into any issues.

Decent lake house in need of pest-control, parking, and labeling

The house is generally as described in terms of layout and features. Pros: We didn't use the canoes, but they appeared in good working order and they are lakeside although the lake is hedged in with emergents. Well stocked set of toys and boardgames entertained the kids as well as a surprisingly comprehensive set of various other items ranging from candles to tools. Pretty indoor spaces with lots of storage. Cons: ants in kitchen (in fairness they had traps out and a note about exterminator service so perhaps the ants won't be a problem in the future, but I'm going off the experience we had), no labelling on cabinets made navigating the kitchen really hard. We actually bought some items from local stores before discover ing they were already stocked. Also parking is not really clear, we had to park in the yard to not block out the neighbors drive which runs right up in front of the house.

We like to come up to our home in Syracuse, Indiana to stay as often as we can. We enjoy being here at different times of the year to experience the changing scenery and wildlife. It's relaxing and fun. Love the nearby Maxwelton golf course and we both love the shopping in Syracuse, Amish furniture and stores in Shipshawanna, nice restaurants all over the area. This is a hidden gem of an area.

It's a nice get-a-way from the hustle and bustle. You can relax in peace and quiet with a beautiful view and you still have access to larger all-sports lakes. You have lots of room. The property is big and is very private. We provide WI-FI, so you can hook up your computer to the TV with our HDMI cord and can stream your favorite shows and movies.

We provide 'Air TV' for local viewing. We also have an outdoor charcoal grill. It's a very short drive to a variety of restaurants, golf courses, and shops in Syracuse, North Webster, and other nearby towns.

Parking space enough for two cars is available on the circle. Please park so that you do not obstruct the circle road that the neighbors use or the neighboring driveways. While we want you to enjoy and have fun, this is not a house for wild partying. 10:00 pm is quiet time.

Peace and Quiet on a cul-de-sac on the backend of a small, quiet neighborhood. A private wifi-enabled, well-equipped ranch. Relax on our back porch, sipping coffee or tea in the morning, looking out over the beautiful lake and surrounding countryside.
