Built in 2012, this 3400 s.f. has wonderful lake views from all living areas and bedrooms. Short walk to lake, marina, convenience store and restaurants. Hope is a beautiful lakeside community set on a 43 mile long lake in north Idaho, just 20 minutes from the resort town of Sandpoint. Hope is only 15 miles from the Montana border and 60 miles from British Columbia, Canada. This country style home has a modern kitchen with all the amenities, and a theater room with wet bar. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Free internet. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets over Lake Pend Oreille from this ideally located home. Abundant wild life viewing, including majestic bald eagles, white tail deer, an occasional black bear, and more!

Great home in Hope! The house was even larger than I anticipated. Stayed here and got ready the day of my wedding in Hope and it was the best thing I could ask for. I think the garden/yard area is being re-done but we got some amazing photos with the view. Tim was a great host!

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed this quaint cabin. It was spacious and clean and had many amenities for kids. The view was breathtaking to see the lake and you are within 20 minutes of the grocery store. There were many things to do and the Clark fork pantry was a delicious bakery nearby. Would come again.

Wonderful home with a kind and generous host

This home was everything you could want in a Idaho vacation home - an excellent location just up the hill from a marina, spacious, clean, and fully equipped for a short or long-term stay. We loved it.

Amazing vacation home!

This house provided a home away from home during a much needed vacation for our family! The house is beautiful and I can only imagine how amazing the views are when there is no smoke. The theater room was a hit with the kids. We hope to visit Hope again and would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful. We were I Hope for a family event so We didn’t get much time to enjoy some of the awesome features I the house. However, the beds were great, the house has a great view. We all 5 loved our visit.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

Tim was a great host and provided detailed info making the check in process easy. The home itself is in immaculate condition with beautiful views of the lake and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is within easy access to Sandpoint, Farragut State Park, and even Coeur D’alene and Spokane. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Home w/ Stunning Views

This house is a fantastic house to rent if you have a large family & kiddos. We enjoyed the lake views, home movie theater & the fully stocked kitchen. My only recommendation would be to provide a property rental manual, as check-in & check-out expectations were not clear.

What an amazing home! The white sand outside made U feel like U ware at the beach plus huge sandbox for the kids! There were so many outdoor seating areas to enjoy the fabulous view of the lake. Even a perfect sized geeen grass area for the kid’s slip n slide! The home inside was also perfect to our family gathering! A custom kitchen that was stocked with everything needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal in Aug! A family room that was perfect for gathering to chat. Each bedroom had comfy mattresses and bedding a view of the lake.To top it off, a huge game room with a theater seating for MANY to watch movies and streaming in BIG screen style. This is a perfect home for any style vacation u desire and the views of the lake are amazing!

Perfect for family and friends gathering!

We were looking for a peaceful lake view getaway, and this fit the bill. It was all we could have hoped for, and more. The home is large, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to have you meals there, (minus the food) including seasonings and spices. The owner of the home is a great host, accommodating and responsive. We will definitely plan another stay if possible!

All was ok except the theater room audio would not work and the only one that worked was in the master bedroom.Kitchen blind got stuck in the down possession.Was a very nice place and family loved it.We do not do any hiling.

Beautiful Lake View!

This is a perfect home for families! The beds are comfortable, plenty of room for a family of four. Our teenagers were thrilled with the welcome basket, thank you! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because there is so much to do at the lake, but it was super comfortable to come home to at the end of the day. The sunset views of the lake are to die for! Amazing, friendly, communicative hosts! Thanks so much for everything, Tim!

A little slice of Heaven

We had an amazing time!! Tim was very quick to reply to all questions we had prior to and during our stay. Very easy to work with. The home is very nice, well stocked and extremely clean. Many special little touches. If we had any other comments, wish there were curtains/blinds on upstairs bedroom windows to keep early morning light out, and a welcome binder with check-out instructions and instructions for all the numerous remote controls for all the fantastic electronics this home is equipped with. Some of us are not very "tech friendly". All in all fantastic stay!!!
