Espumoso limpio acogedor acogedor 3/2 piscina de vacaciones en casa. A los navegantes les encanta este lugar. Cerca del lanzamiento. Al final del día ... salta a la piscina y disfruta del atardecer sobre el lago. Incluso ir a nadar por la noche bajo las estrellas. Nuestra casa está ubicada en el lado norte del lago al final de la ciudad. A poca distancia de Mesquite Bay, donde se puede practicar kayak y / o paddle board. Todas las comodidades de casa. Capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente, pero puede acomodar a 8 como máximo. Las camas gemelas son extra largas, y la cama Master es un Cal King. La cocina tiene todas las comodidades. Parrilla cubierta al aire libre. También tenemos televisores de pantalla plana, WiFi, juegos de cable y de mesa, ping pong y dardos. Tenemos un área de perros cachorros seguros para coyotes para la seguridad de sus mascotas. Barbacoa, pérgola junto a la piscina (hermoso mosaico de travertino), donde puede sentarse y ver la puesta de sol. Queremos que nuestro lugar sea su hogar lejos de casa. La mayoría de nuestros invitados regresan cada año. ¡No te decepcionará! 😎

Home away from home

I would drive back and stay again tomorrow for another week or four! The photos on the site are beautiful, but seeing it in person and staying there was perfection. They thought of everything! One night we made pancakes and breakfast for dinner, all the dishes that we needed right down to measuring cups were there! Kim could not have been nicer and the pool and the view were spectacular! We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️

Family is everything ~ being together was awesome!

We've been to Lake Havasu previously and have stayed at a resort on the water. This time we decided to try a VRBO and weren't disappointed. This property has everything you need to make your visit amazing. Being able to lazily start your day with a cup of coffee on the patio looking out at the lake to making family meals and enjoying the pool / backyard made each day special something that just isn't available when staying in a hotel. I think we spent as much time at the house as we did on the lake. We loved our experience and you won't be disappointed if you rent this property. too!

Great people who have a wonderful home to share with you! Enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

We had a wonderful time at Kim and Toby’s home! Kim was so helpful and easy to communicate with right from the beginning!! The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms and an extra bathroom. The spacious master has a walk-in closet and full bathroom and patio doors to the pool. The king bed is very comfortable, slept very well. The living area was well arranged with comfortable furniture. The kitchen very well equipped with plenty of room to work. They even had a keurig coffeemaker! The dining area looked over the pool/patio area. They have the perfect pool area to enjoy the wonderful weather of Lake Havasu! We spent many hours in the sun having coffee at the table or lounging by the pool (little too chilly to swim but we put our feet in 😄). We even enjoyed a couple evenings by the pool looking at the lights on Lake Havasu from the pagoda. They certainly thought of everything to make iur stay as comfortable and easy as possibly. The only thing we regret is having to leave! Thank you Kim for a great stay! We hope to be back again!! Karen and Bill

Boeing Bay Hideaway was just that!

Great location that’s close to everything and a short walk to the lake. Kim & Toby’s house was very welcoming, super clean, cozy and well stocked with everything you could want. Pool and backyard was immaculate and great for swimming, lake views and just lounging. It definitely felt like home and we didn’t want to leave! Kim was an absolutely amazing host. Can’t wait to stay there again!! Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Great house

This house is beautiful, great location. Had everything you could possibly need. (We always bring our own plastic utensils, plates, cups etc) because I get a little grossed out otherwise, but this house was sparkling clean. Pool was fun, with a great view of the lake. There was some confusion about the dog fee, we thought it was automatically charged when booking, (the vbro breakdown showed it to be?) when booking, but When looking at receipt after payment, it didn’t charge. So the owner was able to charge the fee after. Wasn’t to happy about 2 fees for 2 dogs, $125 ea. I understand extra deposit for dogs, but not really a fee, unless the house supplied dog necessities?(there was none) We try not to travel with dogs, this was almost a last min. trip for us(we usually plan months in advance)but were not able to get a pet sitter with such late notice. The owner of the house was super nice, she let us check in early, said we could text her with any questions. I guess we checked out a little late, (vbro showed checkout time to be 11, but owner informed us 10, vbro needed to be updated.) but she was very understanding about the mistake. I’d definitely stay there again, but without the dogs:) As I would rather travel without them anyway, dogs limit time away, and things to do, Especially since it is so hot in Havasu this time of year.

Amazing time!!

The house in Lake Havasu City was beautiful! The pool and the views of the area from the back yard, amazing! The owner Kim, was great! Kim was great at communicating and answered anything needed. The property was clean, had many amenities and made our stay relaxing. Great proximity to shops, grocery stores, and hiking/outdoor activities. Thank you so much for a great week!

Absolutely Amazing!

Spectacular property! Super clean and welcoming. Beautifully decorated! The pool was beyond awesome! We had a fabulous time at the Boeing Bay Hideaway! Everything was PERFECT! Family Getaway

This property is amazing. Besides clean and in order the owners are what make this property stand above the rest. Very accommodating and available. Home was very clean and in order. Everything works! We've stayed at dozens of homes in Lake Havasu and I mush say none better. Thank you Kim.

The home was very clean and the views from the pool were beautiful at sunset.

The property was better than the pictures! Kind of hidden back from the main drag, which was perfect. Kim was a wonderful host, helping us with kayaking suggestions and available when we had any questions. I would recommend it to anyone!

Loved the house

My husband, son and myself stayed Feb 12 to 17. Booking with Kimberlie was easy. She was very quick to reply to questions. Check in was simple and house was easy to find. Location worked well for us, as we appreciate a quiet location. House was just as presented in the listing photos, and was clean, beautiful and everything you could possibly think of was supplied. Didn't do much cooking at home, but there wasn't anything I noticed missing that I could have wanted to use. Toiletries in the bathrooms were fully stocked. Happened to be in Havasu during a bit of a cold snap, so we didn't get to use the patio and pool, but it was inviting! Had a major downpour and were entranced watching the spillway behind the house get flowing (and no worries about it overflowing or anything as it's pretty deep and home is protected). It was quite a reminder of Mother Natures wrath! Location is close to the water and has a nice yard for pets if you brought one. We will definitely be looking to book again next year, and we highly recommend Kim and Toby's home to anyone interested in a nice place to stay while in town.

Boeing Bay is the best!

Who ever you are and whatever your standards are, you won't go wrong with this vacation rental. A definite pride of ownership with these new owners, Kimberlie and Toby. You will love it the minute you walk through the door, spotless with all the amenities one could ask for. It was just my husband and I but definitely well suited for family and dogs. The neighborhood is peaceful on the north side of Lake Havasu with a 15 minute walk to the lake and wildlife refuge. My husband says he won't forget the beautiful lake view sunrises and sunsets from the pool. The owners are great to work with and certainly aim to please. One thing I would add is more patio lighting for evening barbecues, it was too hot (107) to grill during the day. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend, it was great that we could use the garage to park our car and keep it cool rather than melting outside in the heat. Thank you for sharing your new home, we will certainly be repeat customers.

We are Kim & Toby from So.Cal. NewlyWed. Love vacationing. Lake Havasu is always our happy place. Been visiting this place since I (kim) was a kid. Always wanted to buy a vacation home. It finally happened in 2018. We couldn't be more excited! We together are parents of 3, grandparents of 5, & cant forget our fur family...2 dogs.
Loving owning a vacation rental and all the joys that go along with it... Meeting new people and helping others to enjoy there vacationing at it best!

This house was perfect for us and our growing family. Nice clean, quiet neighborhood with lake views for beautiful sunsets. Drive to the boat launch is just around the corner. Couldn't have been any better.

We added a heater to our pool.... Best thing ever! We do charge a weekly fee for the heater. Believe me... Its worth every penny!
If heater is requested.... In the Winter months we keep our pool at 90*
