Back Country Estate w/ Pool, Sleeps 8 - Fully loaded, Pet Friendly Greenwich CT

Magnificent private back country estate on 4 beautiful acres has all you need to enjoy greenwich living at its best. 5 bedrooms, 4 and half bathrooms provide plenty of spaces for family. Formal living room with french slider doors open to the pool as well as from the family room with billiard table. Cozy Gourmet kitchen with breakfast counter and spacious dining room are equipped for large entertaining. In addition to the elegant primary suite, there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and a common area with a TV.

The home is professionally staged. Our homes are professional cleaned before and after each guest leaves. We also go in to the home after each stay to repair any damage, touch-up paint, dry clean or replace any linens.

Pool is heated by gas and is to be paid for by the tenant. There is a $500.00 fee per stay more than 7 nights and less than 28 days or $1000 per month for any stays longer than 28 days. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Depending on the weather we may keep the pool opened longer at tenants request but must be closed by Oct. 15th. We do start opening the pool May 1st.

All guest staying over 28 days will be billed for their own electric and cable/internet & oil usage.

Swing set, soccer net and playhouse outside to be enjoyed by children ample room for outdoor play.

We have a gas grill for your use and outdoor furniture as well.

We have a washer and dryer in the basement and an exercise bike.

We also have portable and full size cribs, high-chairs, baby gates etc available to rent.

Pets are welcome but need to be approved.
