The private garden studio is ideal for couples or singles in need of a rejuvenating escape, peaceful work space or a special stay when visiting family. Relax with long sleep ins, soak up the sun in the secluded garden, or be part of the action and explore all the surroundings have to offer.

You will instantly feel relaxed once you step foot inside our studio. The natural light, curated styling, and polished concrete floors make it a beautiful space to just stop, relax and reconnect.

You will have the entire studio to yourself, including the private deck and courtyard garden where you will love sitting with a morning coffee or relaxing with a sunset dinner, delivered from one of the many restaurants in the area.

The “amazing location” our previous guests rave about is the proximity to Footscray, Melbourne CBD, Flemington racecourse and surrounding suburbs. With the train station only 350m away you are never far from the action.

We provide linen, unlimited FREE WIFI Internet and a table to work on.

Please make use of our basic pantry stocked with coffee, black and herbal teas, salt, pepper & olive oil. Please pop into a shop for any extra supplies you may require (including milk, if you take it!)

We have an enhanced cleaning routine due to Covid19, and we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Self check in, complete privacy and seclusion and an “amazing location” gives you the best of what our studio has to offer.

The studio was a delightful place to stay in the heart of Footscray. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed with a lovely outside shaded space to enjoy the sun. Inge the host was an excellent communicator who responded promptly and helpfully with out queries. Being able to check-in slightly earlier and leave our luggage on the deck until we were ready to leave was great - as was having the station literally just round the corner meaning transport into Melbourne central took no time at all! A great place to stay and one we can definitely recommend particularly if you want to see a vibrant, multi-cultural area of Melbourne!

Studio was very neat and charming and the location was fantastic. So close to train station, though never heard trains, really easy to go into CBD for food and attractions. Would love to stay here next time visit Melbourne. Though maybe softer towels would be appreciated. Thanks Inge for such a great place to stay!

This little oasis had everything we needed for our stay. Great bed and smart TV. Well equipped kitchen (no oven though). Coffee machine a nice touch. Small outdoor area gave it a sense of calm. Great location, travelled around the city by rail as so close to station. Would stay again.

My stay at Inges beautiful studio was relaxing and I felt very comfortable with how secure the property was. Gorgeous green surrounding - felt like I was in the country, yet so close to train station and convenient. I wasn't disturb by any noise from the station at all.

Comfort and style

This modern beautifully styled studio could not be any more convenient to Footscray station, yet it is located in a quiet, leafy street. This makes for a very pleasant stay indeed. The studio is comfortable and well equipped and I felt very secure there by myself.

Good choice for a couple

Well looked after and tastefully furnished studio, secure and in a great location next to station. We were able to go everywhere we wanted on public transport even though had the car with us. There are some nice places for food and drink nearby, but so easy to jump on train to another nearby station to find somewhere. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a break in Melbourne to see the sights.

Well located to public transport for CBD access if needed and eating venues. Quiet street. Great cafe around the corner, Footscray Milking Station. Well presented property for 2 people. Prefer top sheet and blanket to only a duna.

We love the location too and are spoilt for choice with all the great local restaurants and cafes, Melbourne weather can change quickly and with the cold snap we changed the bedding to a warmer doona from the usual sheet and lighter doona. Fantastic Studio Apartment close to CBD

The apartment was nicely decorated, well-equipped, airconditioned and only about 50m from the Footscray station. We heard the train toots and the announcements but the proximity outweighed this occasional noise for us. There is a leafy outlook in the courtyard. The hosts also kindly provided a small ramp to assist my husband in his wheelchair to enter (his wheelie walker enabled access to the bathroom with its narrower door). The quiet street has good parking using a visitor parking permit from the host. Highly recommended!

Weekend in City

Inge was a wonderful host , non intrusive but readily available for any queries. The studio was spotless and modern in a quiet street and as depicted . The bed was super comfortable. Location is close to the CBD , Crown, Marvel Stadium , perfect for a weekend of inner city activities. Would definitely stay there again.
