The description of what was in the room was incorrect, not able to cook anything there.Was VERY noisy with this being connected to the main house and had the host knocking on our door at 7:30am and when we didn’t answer knocked louder. Towels were almost see through and for a week long stay we’re told we were only ment to have one towel after I asked for more. Shower leaks as there is no seal around the door. Communication with host was good and he did let us stay on longer then our original booking. The area is nice and the home is nice and modern.

Great stay, would recommend. Very limited kitchen but we were aware of that because of other reviews so we had planned meals accordingly.

Clean and handy location but kitchen facilities inadequate

Listing implied there is an area for cooking so we brought food but were unable to prepare as there is no bench or sink for cooking. Bed very comfortable, more bedding and more than 1 towel each would have been good. Parking a bit tight.Outdoor area very pleasant.

Nice vacation home without kitchen

When booking this unit we are not realizing there is no kitchen, but the owner is very nice to share they owne kitchen to us.

Clean, tidy and safe with the most comfortable bed! Enjoyed my stay. Was convenient and close to Henderson, personally feel that it was more affordable and nicer than the available motels for similar price in the area.

Cosy unit

Small unit but everything you need just take some cooking equipment eg slow cooker or electric frying pan as we did then we had everything we needed than you for a beautiful stay

Home was clean and tidy but lacked basics not enough pillows, or towels and i think need to clearly state no kitchen or kitchen sink. Dont like using a bathroom sink for washing dishes and getting water for jug. Also microwave their but no microwaveable dishes. I also believe their should be some coffee and tea available when guests turn up. Has the potential but the little thingsare letting them down

ROACHES

If your a bigger build don’t bother staying here you can’t even get into the shower without it becoming a hazard. I found cockroaches in the main bedroom at 2am in the morning when getting up to go to the bathroom. It’s also very dusty so if you have allergies not the place for you and it is not a kitchenette it’s a cabinet with a microwave and a jug.

Small and Simple

Property is what we needed during our 2 night stay in Auckland, it was tidy and clean. The pictures made it look like it was its own house, but it is situated on the bottom floor of the main house towards the back. Good communication with the property manager. Would recommend
