2 bedroom fully furnished unit with fully secured fence and back yard with a carport, full kitchen, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.

Prime location with direct access from the back yard to Waiatarua Reserve (off leash dog park), close to dog friendly beach and Remuera Golf Course. A short distance to Meadowbank Shopping Mall and Lunn Ave shops. On bus routes to Newmarket, Sylvia Park and Mt Wellington shops.

Great stay in an awesome location

A really nice ground floor apartment in a great location close to central Remuera and its shops and restaurants. The unit is stylish but comfortable and great for travel with a dog, with a fully fenced lawn and the awesome Waiatarua reserve at the end of the garden. Our second visit and hopefully not our last.

Back again

Third time staying here, with and without a dog, and hopefully not the last. Great location with an awesome wetland reserve at the bottom of the garden for walks, a short drive to Remuera shops and handy for the motorway for ease of getting into or out of Auckland. Warm, comfortable and well appointed. Great communication with the owner.
