Cottage is convenient to shops, restaurants, beaches (north and east facing) and boat ramp. Immediately across the street is a coffee/liquor shop. Public bike paths, golf courses and tennis courts are all easily accessible. See photos of particular beaches and distances from the cottage

it was a wonderful cottage. didn't miss that there isn't a washer / dryer on the property. Lovely spot for two people to enjoy all that the cape has to offer. Would definitely consider renting the cottage again.

Our stay at the cottage in Chatham Ma. was super nice! The cottage is even better in person! It was perfect for the two of us and our small dog! Clean, comfortable… it really had every thing you would need for a cozy stay and more! We would definitely stay again! It was perfect for us!

Nicely decorated. Great location. Appreciated gas grill. Needs some maintenance and a guide to nearby restaurants would be nice. Wooden Adirondack chairs need to be replaced with something more comfortable. Bed linens could be improved upon. Beach chairs are broken and need to be replaced, or just don’t offer at all. Maybe 7 days is too long to stay in a tiny house, though we were very creative in using all bins, baskets and hooks. It’s doable but need more “soft” space to hang out.
