Spacious, sunny house on a secluded acre beautifully decorated and described as 'pristine'. Heated pool/very large outdoor Hot Tub/Jacuzzi, Central A/C, wood burning fireplace, blocks away from beautiful, private Bay Beach on Gardiner's Bay as well as Cedar Point Park, a 600 acre preserve. Amazing celebrity filled yet extremely quiet neighborhood in Northwest Woods of East Hampton located about 5 miles to the town of East Hampton and a short drive to Sag Harbor.

Brand new kitchen with large kitchen island, wine fridge, stools for breakfasting or chatting with the cook, Kitchen opens onto dining room and living room. Kitchen is well stocked with top-of-the-line appliances/cookware/knives) for cooking, serving, and entertaining.

Living room is large and open with high ceiling and view through glass sliding doors is to pool, garden and Cedar Point Park beyond. All bedrooms have high quality linens. Towels are plentiful and in good condition.

Porch in front of house with classic white rocking chairs/ back deck off kitchen with a new gas grill, large heated pool adjoins with its own decking, comfortable pool furniture, and table and chairs for outdoor meals. A fabulous retreat!

perfect family getaway

the house, pool and hot tub were wonderful! the beds were comfortable and our teen loved the downstairs bedroom that was all hers. the location was a bit far from town, only complaint. Diana's kitchen and overall taste was wonderful! we had a terrific week!!

Great stay in Northwest Harbor

Well appointed home with a great pool and hot tub, with close access to a private bay beach. Lower level has a great finished bedroom and living area and a great walk in shower. Nature everywhere, including deer, turkeys and raccoons.

Great Summer Rental

No one wanted to leave !

I am serious...we emailed Diana to see if we could stay longer !! The location was perfect, walked to the bay beach with my paddleboard, rode our bikes to Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Amagansett. Nothing is more than 5 to 6 miles away. This is a beautiful woodsy neighborhood close to everything but private and relaxing. The house looks exactly like the photos. Everything was neat, clean and in good condition. I love to cook and the kitchen had high quality pots, dinnerware and was well stocked (salad spinner, cutting boards, knives, coffee maker, etc.) Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Best of all, we had unanimous reviews from everyone in the house....everyone was very happy, even the teenage girls! Diana is a pleasure to deal with and we are planning to be back again next summer.

Serene and lovely!

Lovely home, great kitchen, great screening room, very comfortable beds, serene and peaceful setting. Outdoor shower, pool and jacuzzi were a hit! Beautiful location that I will come back to. Took lots of walks and neighborhood beach so close by. My favorite setting in the Hampton area. Wonderful host who greeted us personally and showed us around. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Amazing house and stay in East Hampton

My partner and I just finished an amazing three week stay in Diana’s house in Northwest Harbor (East Hamptons). The house is better than described with top of the line everything (from kitchen, to bedroom, to electronics, to pool/hot tub, to outdoor activities). Diana was very responsive and helpful for any question or issue we had before or during the stay...and also gave great recommendations. The location is perfect...secluded enough, but also a short walk to a private beach and short drive to everywhere you’d want to be in the Hamptons. Would highly recommend and also look to Diana again for my next trip to the area.

Perfect getaway house

So enjoyed our stay this spring at this beautifully appointed and comfortable home in East Hampton. Quiet neighborhood and blocks away from beach on Gardiner’s Bay made for relaxing family walks with our dog in the morning and evening. Short drive to East Hampton town center and nearby towns. Owner was beyond helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful rental property!

We rented this property for the month of August 2020. We are a family of four, and had been cooped up in our NYC apartment for months. We were looking for a property that would allow us to spend some time outdoors but still be distant from others. The house was perfect for our needs. It was charming, modern but not pretentious. I particularly liked the high ceiling in the living room and the natural light from the windows. The kitchen appliances were all new, and there was plenty of room for baking. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, baking and roasting dishes, and tools for the BBQ. Everyone reported sleeping well on the mattresses (which given that we have a bunch of fussy sleepers in our family is a huge compliment). The house is very well maintained, and was spotless when we arrived. The temperature of the pool was absolutely perfect, and the pool cleaner came and maintained the hot tub and pool once a week. Diana was always very responsive if I had a question, texting me back in minutes. We had a really peaceful month, relaxing on the back patio or the front porch, seeing deer running through the woods on the property, swimming in the pool every day and spending our evenings in the hot tub. It was exactly what we wanted, and we were extremely happy with the rental. My only (very small) criticism is the temperature control in the house. There is central AC, and the temperature on the main floor is perfect. But the basement got a bit cool, while the upstairs sometimes got a bit hot. There were air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms that helped with temperature control, but if you left them on over night sometimes bugs or moths seemed to get in the room. That said, this was a super tiny issue, and did not at all impede our overall enjoyment of the house.

The perfect getaway home!

From the first step of booking this rental to the end of our stay, Diana was so responsive to any and all questions I had about the home. She also went above and beyond and sent over a list of activities, places to eat, spas, yoga classes, vineyards to visit plus driving and biking directions to the beach! The home was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The home gets lots of natural light, the beds were comfortable, the bath towels were nice and thick, the kitchen had everything you need to cook a family style meal and the wi-fi worked well in every room. The pool, deck and lounge chairs were all clean and the pool was the perfect temperature. In the downstairs closet Diana provided bikes, beach mats, beach chairs and anything else you would need for a beach day. The neighborhood is very quiet which was exactly what we wanted for some much needed R&R. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing trip thanks to the hospitality of Diana and her beautiful home!

Amazing House!

My friends and I booked this house for a Memorial Day weekend getaway last minute and Diana could not have been more accommodating. The home is beautiful and we love sitting outside by the pool. There was plenty of space for all our guests and we enjoyed family dinners every night around the big table. The hot tub was a great bonus and perfect for the chilly nights. The house is also a quick walk away from the beach. It was truly a wonderful weekend we will definitely be back!

New Year's Eve Perfection

First, let me say how WONDERFUL the owner, Diana, has been to deal with. She made the whole process of booking her lovely home incredibly smooth and easy. She even met us at the house on arrival and gave us a personalized tour. We felt so welcome. The house is bright and spacious, yet somehow very cozy. We had a lot of singles in the group, so the multitude of twin beds worked out perfectly for us. The large grill was perfect for our Surf & Turf gourmet feast, and the outdoor hot tub was the hit of the weekend. Even though the temperature was in the 30's, we all made the short walk to the private beach down the street and it became one of the many highlights of our trip. There were 12 of us in total on New Year's Eve, and we've all said it was one of the best New Year's we've had! We will definitely be back. Thank you Diana for such a lovely weekend in your home. Wonderful house!

I had the most wonderful stay here, and know that my five friends did as well. The house is in impeccable condition and my friends and I enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen and spending time in the pool and hot tub. While close enough to town, we felt like we were "away from it all," and just had a great weekend. Would definitely come back here!

Christmas Getaway

Let me start by saying that this is a great rental. My family and i rented the house during Christmas week this year to have a stress-less holiday. The house was extremely clean with lots of amenities. There was plenty of space and a very nice layout. The three levels all with bedrooms was ideal for the kids as well as us. This gave everyone a sense of privacy not to mention the hot tub and fireplace for those quiet evening when the kids where in bed. The house is nicely secluded yet it is still very easy to get into town. One last note, the owner was very helpful before and after the rental in keeping us informed. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Recent Holiday Renter

My family and I recently rented this home for a Thanksgiving vacation. We were a diverse group which included children of various ages, adults, an elderly person and a dog. We were extremely satisfied with this home for several reasons. First, it was extremely clean and did not require any preparation or precleaning use on our part. This was the case, even though certain members of our amily are extremely particular in this respect. Second, the layout of the home was very confortable, ideal for families who may have varying needs. For example, rooms of different sizes, multiple bathrooms, etc. Third, the house was extremely well maintained and included various "extras" that the owner clearly took care to keep on hand (soap, towels, sheets, etc.). Fourth, the location of the house was ideal in that it was a short drive from town and a short walk to a private beach. Lastly, the owner was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. We are planning on staying there again and would reccomend it to others whole-heartedly.

So, I will keep it short. But I had to say this was a great rental. The house was unbelievably well stocked and clean. It felt like staying in someones private home (but cleaner), not a "rental house". I have been renting out east once a summer for years and this was one of my favorite houses.

My husband and I were luc...

My husband and I were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home August 10th and 11th, 2009. Only 2 nights - but we left so relaxed we felt as if we had vacationed for a week. The backyard is a mass of evergreens and oaks (very private)with a beautiful pool and fabulous hot tub - we made good use of both! There is a terrific grill and we brought along some steak and salad for the first night and grilled and sat on two of the lounge chairs (there are a lot of them!)The pool can be lit up at night for a nighttime swim as well. The house is very light and airy - very comfortable and very clean with lovely furnishings. We loved the open kitchen and there is a beautiful big dining table , and a great flat screen TV. After dinner we watched a movie and just fell asleep - so relaxed from the water - Tuesday we easily found Sag Harbor then went to East Hampton all the way to Montalk for dinner. Coming home we spotted a baby deer and wild turkeys. We sat outside and watched the stars. Spent the last afternoon back in the pool and sadly it was time to go. We will positively be back. Diana is a truly great hostess and she went out of her way to help us know where to go and special places to see. The kitchen is fully stocked and so are the linens. Lovely - just lovely - cannot wait to come and stay for a longer vacation with our whole family - it will be a beautiful place to be this Fall! Thanks Diana - we would highly recommend this house to anyone or any group - large or small. Total pleasure.

After looking at over 100 properties for sale, I fell in love with the neighborhood and the proximity to a nature preserve and beautiful beaches along Gardiner's Bay. I am a runner and love the fact that I can run for hours without seeing a car. I am always amazed at the fact that I feel like I am on vacation when I am at the house..it is quiet and peaceful yet close enough to the towns of East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Amagansett that there is plenty of action.
