Quiet and cozy efficiency

My home is near to I-95, Turnpike, Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Port Everglades, Hollywood Beach and many shopping areas and restaurants. You’ll love this location because it's in a quiet neighborhood and you have your own private entrance to your room 24hr check-in. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and last minute trips.
This efficiency has everything you'll need. A queen sized bed, futon, kitchenette, huge closet, dresser, mirror, cable tv, wi-fi, a/c, full size refrigerator, microwave, a table with two chairs for dining and a private bathroom with towels, wash cloths and toiletries.
Note: Guests only have access to their room with a private bathroom. It is a private entrance so you come and go as you please.

Perfect space a quick stay

This "apartment" was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for my son's gymnastics meet & the location was great. We had enough just enough space for a quick stay. My son said "he had the best sleep ever" on the futon. Gaylia was great answering my questions & giving us advice to make the perfect beach visit. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

I liked it however the home is in a bad neighborhood, there is no stove, and the owners seem a little snarky for my taste but otherwise it was nice for 1-2 people :)
