The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the property was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The master bedroom even had a luxurious jacuzzi. The location was perfect—convenient for getting anywhere and close to the ocean. It truly was an outstanding place to stay, and I would love to visit again!

this place was amazing, so spacious and clean. i loved the artwork, the huge bathtub, and of course the fireplace on the patio that overlooks the ocean. very close to the beach and shops, restaurants, bars. would love to stay here again.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. We made great memories, the layout and rooftop area made it easy for us to all hang out in one spot and enjoy the view of the beach, talk and relax. The host were wonderful and super responsive. Loved it!

This is a beautiful apartment with great amenities in a prime location. It's practically across the street from the beach (put on your swimsuit, grab a beach towel from the apartment, and go), and just a couple of blocks' walk from shopping and restaurants. The apartment itself is comfortable and spotless, with its own private entrance, patio, and deck. (The apartment is on the second floor and access is by an exterior curving staircase. You can see it in one of the pictures. The staircase has a good railing to hold onto, and it has lighting you can turn on from both the top and bottom of the steps, so coming and going in the dark is not a problem.) There is wonderful artwork on the walls, plenty of books on the shelves, and board games stashed in the drawers (along with the flatscreen TV). Washer and dryer are right inside the apartment, for your exclusive use. A wonderful place to relax. No street noise. Kathy was an excellent host and responded quickly when we had questions. We are a family of three (parents and an adult son) and we stayed six nights. So glad we found this place!

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

We were in town for a baby shower. The home was absolutely beautiful. Ron and Kathy are super hosts. Highly recommend this location. We will stay here again, next time we're in town.

A beautiful house in a great location

Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ron’s place. The home is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio with beautiful ocean views. A perfect place for a family getaway.

Great property

This property is lovely and the owners are wonderful. We had a medical emergency while there and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect, right by the beach and just a couple blocks from the restaurants and shops. It is a great place to stay in Long Beach.

Absolutely the best!

House is clean, well-equipped, 1 block from the beach.Owners Ron and Kathy live next-door and are wonderful hosts and communicators.Any pre-stay questions or concerns were quickly and fully answered. The stay could not have been any better.

Perfect place for our wedding weekend!

This place was PERFECT for my partner and I and our three kids. We chose it because of the gorgeous view, its proximity to our wedding venue, and its beauty. The hosts were amazing and kind and helpful every step and the place was beautiful, spacious and clean! Highly recommend!
