Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash and recycling and place in appropriate outside trash bin(s) which are located in the alley behind the Casa. Black trash bin is for trash, and purple trash bin is for recyclable.
Wipe counters and table tops. Wash and dry dishes and put them away. Leave used bath towels in the bathroom on the floor next to the bathtub closest to the window.
Return all furniture, blankets, and other items to original location. If any item is missing or damaged please inform us immediately. Please send Brad a quick text on your way out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the most charming stay! Beautiful Spanish style casa in a quiet and quaint street. Walking to the beach and restaurants. The landlords did not miss a detail in providing every detail for a comfortable and fun stay.
My family and I had a very nice time. It is right next to the beach super accessible to anywhere you want to go. The binder with the places to eat and go were very helpful. It’s a great place to be right on the beach and it was only about 45 minutes from Disneyland.
Wonderful host! The property is fully equipped with everything you would need. Host is extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything. Can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely loved my stay! So close to so many food and bar options. Also Loved that our stay also provided bikes & paddles boards. It is a perfect stay for people who enjoy the beach and beach activities. Beds are comfy and the house is so homey you forget you don’t live there and never want to leave. Also water pressure in the shower is amazing! 10s across the board.
Host was very responsive and the home was well-stocked with anything you might during your stay. Plus many extras such as bikes, helmets, beach chairs and towels, coolers, etc
The place was adorable. Clean, nicely decorated. I loved the option to use the paddle boards but it was too cold for us in March. They also had bikes and beach chairs! The outside spaces with fountains were very peaceful. Our host was available if we needed anything. I will stay here again :)
Casa de las Palmas is incredibly charming and well stocked for a relaxing stay at the property or fun in the sun. With the beach only less than a block away, paddle boards and beach cruisers made our trip amazing.Thanks, Brad, for curating such a special place and sharing it with us.
Super cute house with a surprisingly spacious feel. We enjoyed being able to walk to get good coffee and pastries (we loved Colossus!), the outdoor areas, and all the extras available for our use. We rode bikes to check out the beaches further down because the beach nearest to the house is a dog beach, which is cute to check out, but we didn't want to hang out there all day. Brad was very responsive and the house is well labeled with instructions, and expectations they have for you as a guest. Just to tell a little bit about the vibe of the interior; there were a lot of beach signs, decor and fake flowers. The larger bedroom had a very squishy mattress topper and all the beds had polyester sheets. Overall we were happy with the stay and enjoyed having a few chill days after being on the go earlier in the week.
Yes. The place had absolutely everything we could need. The bathroom and kitchen were exceptionally well stocked. The instructions for check-in were easy and clear.
Everything was great. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Really cute neighborhood to walk around. All the amenities were really nice at the house. The house is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Brad was very easy to get a hold of whenever needed.
