Desert Escape Vacation Rental

Vacation Home or Short Term Rental

If peace and quiet is what you want, then our ranch home in beautiful Springfield Lakes is perfect! Our three-bedroom, two-bath home has an oversized, fully landscaped yard and sparkling pool. We’re within walking distance to Lone Tree Golf Club (public).



Our kitchen has granite counter tops. The large breakfast bar/island opens to a great room with sectional couch and 46” HD TV. Newer washer and dryer too!



Our backyard is fully fenced and has a covered patio, outdoor fan, patio heater, furniture and 4-burner BBQ. The pool is not heated (nor does it have child-safety fence), so it may not be suitable for families with young children. We also have an attached 2-car garage.



Master is split (from other two bedrooms) with a view of the backyard and pool. It includes a TV, comfortable queen bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, tub, shower and walk in closet. Second bedroom is furnished with queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed also and TV.



Our home is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need (kitchenware, linens, clothes iron, etc.). We have three TVs, BluRay player, stereo, Cox Cable TV, Netflix, You Tube TV, Roku device and wireless high-speed Internet! Please make use of our bicycles and golf clubs. Walk to the community playground, park, basketball court and pool (only heated a few months a year).

Albertsons, Starbucks and Walgreens are within walking distance (less than a mile). Fantastic restaurants, nightlife and shopping are found in downtown Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Village, and Chandler Fashion Center. Our home is south of Loop 202 (exit Gilbert Rd.) and has easy access to Interstate 10 for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is 30 minutes away. Cactus Spring Baseball is played nearby, at Tempe Diablo Stadium (home to Los Angles Angels) and in Mesa (home to Chicago Cubs).

Everything we needed !

Our family of 7 stayed at this property and had a great time. There at 3 double beds, so one of our kids slept on the couch but that was no big deal. Well stocked home, had ample supplies and things we needed. The golf clubs and kids bikes were a great bonus. The pool in the backyard isn't heated but makes for a nice ambiance. Plus a short 3 blocks away is the community pool and playground that is heated so we'd just walk down there to swim. In the area we enjoyed hiking goldmine trail, swimming in the chandler pool, great parks and an easy drive to other tourist stops. We had a great time and Paulette was wonderful!

My Family and I moved to Arizona in 2015. We moved here from New Mexico. We immediately fell in love with Arizona and now call it home. There is so many activities to do out here we love going to NFL, NBA, MLB, games, as well as Concerts. We Enjoy swimming in the hot summer months. And going to the many water parks Phoenix has LEGOLAND Discovery to offer. We enjoy the indoor activities like Sea Life, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, Go Karting, Bowling and OdySea Aquarium. The winter weather is the best during this time we enjoy bike riding, hiking, and our local parks. We also take a drive to the Phoenix Zoo, and the Wild Life park. My father also enjoys his to visits to Chandler Az. The neighborhood is great for mature residents he makes lots of friends, enjoys the nearby casino, as well as the coffee shops and welcomes trips to the grocery stores where scooter carts usually available. When we first moved here this was our home. In 2018 we turned it into a vacation home or short term rental. We enjoy meeting our guests and hearing about their home town and travel experiences.

South Chandler is away from the city near Gil’s River Indian reservations, Farms and horse properties nearby. The community and the neighborhood are very friendly. There are many eateries close by as well as shopping.
