Not like anywhere I’ve stayed before

Decor was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed. Forgot to bring coffee pods but Target was 2 blocks away!! Enjoyed concert at Moody Theatre! Somehow we got into Red Ash!! Overall - a five star trip!

A pleasure dealing with Inn Cahoots. The place was well provisioned and clean but a little run down. Worked perfectly for our brothers get together.

The townhome was nice. A few things need to be updated or fixed but otherwise it was convenient for what we needed.

Great space and location, but a little warm

We stayed at this property for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. There was room for 10+ people comfortably. The views were amazing, as the was the rooftop balcony. A lot of the neighboring units were also hosting bachelor / bachelorette parties. I only had two minor issues. First would be the check in process. They did not provide instructions until 2:00pm on the day we were checking in. This causes a lot of anxiety and I had reached out the day before just to re-confirm the listing went through. The second issue would be the air conditioning. We went in early March so the average temperature outside was 75-78 degrees. However, inside the apartment was in the 80's. There were instructions not to lower the A/C below 69, but I don't think that would have helped anyways. We had to open all the windows and doors just to keep the place relatively cool.

Fantastic Austin Trip Stay

This rental was the perfect fit for a 3 day get away with friends. The location comfortably accommodate our 6 person party. It is so close to so many great Austin restaurants and bars. Our rental was clean, calm, and cool. We were very pleased with our visit and experience. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Cool property, needs a lot of TLC

This property was a bit disappointing in its upkeep and overall appearance. Lots of lose or missing handles. Leaking toilets and showers. Beds falling apart. A few friendly cockroaches hanging around. We informed the prop. manager, so hopefully they take some time and get this place back into “rentable shape” as this is NOT. a cheap rental by any means. We have rented several VRBOs in this price range and never experience such a run-down property for the price tag. Has potential- they just need to deliver a better product!

Great place for bachelor party!

This place was a perfect spot. Great overview of the city from the roofdeck and walking distance to 6th Street and Rainey Street. Plenty of room for our 12 guests.

Awesome Place and Great Location

Stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time! Best part was the surprise mini pool that got installed right before we had arrived! It isn't very deep, but perfect to help us cool off during the hot August weekend. Took this place from an 8.5 to 10! The hosts were also very accommodating and the place was ready to go at check in. Everyone also got their own bed which were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Alex and the rest of the team!

A few hiccups, but great stay!

I think the place is great & can accommodate more than enough folks. My birthday weekend was made special with the extra attention that was given along with a welcome treat from Wendy! Thanks Wendy! Even though the space was not exactly ready on time for check-in, it did get cleaned & my birthday plans were not interrupted. I definitely would recommend as an VRBO option if you're staying in Austin!

Cool and close to everything

We had a blast at this place, we were in town for an event at the convention center and were definitely within walking distance. The people watching from the roof top was a little more hard core than we were expecting however we felt safe in the condo itself. The part of 6th St. to the East of the condo is adorable and we enjoyed it very much. Hosts were very accommodating and all the amenities of the space were great! We will be back annually!

Rooftop was AMAZING

Clint greeted us with adult beverages for our 1pm checkin. He was very welcoming and entertaining while he explained the amazing features of the rental. He is a local and he was able to give us an honest interpretation of the city hotspots. The property was clean, nicely laid out, and walking distance to the convention center. We came for business but found some time to experience the nightlife. I cannot say enough about the cozy linens, soft beds, and the amazing views. We spent most of our time on the roof taking in the sights. The location could not get any better. We walked up and down 6th street. Everything is within walking distance. I am convinced that there is no other property on 6th that is this large with these views. Thank you for an amazing time!

Great Place

Hosted my buddies bachelor party in this townhouse a few weeks ago. It is the perfect location for those looking to explore 6th street and its only a short walk to rainy street. The owners were welcoming, waiting in the home when we arrived to show us around and highlight all the features. Overall, it is a very well run place and everything was seamless in the process. They emailed us a week in advance to ask how many were staying in the place so they could set up accordingly and provided recommendations when needed for activities.
