About this property

Outstanding pool and outdoor area 5 minute walk to beach!

Large 3 bedroom. Plenty of room for boat trailer and parking. Third floor master king bed w/65" flat screen and large sliders that lead out to private sun deck. Master bath has a huge tub with separate shower. Main floor has two bedrooms. One king with 65" flatscreen, slider out to screened porch with canal views. Third has two queen beds and 43" flatscreen. Seating area with a pull-out queen sofa. 75" tv in main living area. All flatscreens are Roku ready. Screened in porch and fire pit just outside the large sliders on main level. Ground level area has a closed off room off of the pool with 55" roku tv, ping pong table, bait freezer, extra fridge, and 2 sofas. Wifi, laundry room, large weber grill, 55 ft dock, 2 kayaks, floating dock, 5 bikes, new polywood fire pit set next to pool in addition to a second fire pit on the main lanai. 5 minute walk to coco plum beach. House comes with a membership to the Cabana Club which has a private Olympic size pool, bar, restaurant and private beach, the club is located 2 miles from the house. We have a Large Jenga and corn hole pool side, outdoor 85" tv, sink, and new cabinets w/ 8 swivel chair polywood dining set plus additional table for seating. Zero edge large lighted pool with hot tub, and a new lighted dock. Manatees are common during the day! Short canal ride to open water with a nice sandbar at mouth of our canal, a perfect location!

Oir group of 8 had a fantastic visit. The home is spacious, comfortable and clean. The outdoor area is incredible. We spent a lot of our stay out by the pool/sun deck/hot tub and eating at the large outdoor dining table, watching sports, sitting by the fire table. We rented a boat for the week and it was great keeping it at the large dock, where we also enjoyed watching manatees and dolphins. It is easy access through the canals to the ocean for fishing and snorkeling. Melissa was easy to reach and everything was great. Highly recommended, would stay again!

The place was exactly as described. The outdoor space was amazing! My grandson absolutely loved the tanning shelf and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We got to see a Mama and a baby Manatee swim right up to the dock. We went kayaking a few times and the scenery is super cool. We also used the Cabana Club one day which was fun. Perfect family vacation!

Pool and Hot Tub were great. Wish we were able to adjust the heat of both the pool and Hot Tub. Waiting to heat up the hot tub was a small inconvenience but we dealt with it. The pool floor did have dirt and debris in it when we arrived but it wasn’t a huge issue.

Absolute Paradise in the Keys!This home was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. The pool was absolutely stunning — crystal clear and it made it hard to even think about leaving. We have been going on family vacations here for the past 17 years. We finally purchased our own vacation rental and have applied all that we have learned from the many rentals we have stayed in to create what we hope will be a very comfortable and enjoyable trip for all.

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy the fishing, white sand beach, beautiful blue water, restaurants, and laid back atmosphere of Marathon. The lot and home is spacious and well kept by the previous owners, it had never been rented before and is in pristine condition. It has great bones and a tremendous Amount of potential inside and out.

What makes this property unique

There is a Large lot to create the perfect outdoor bar and pool area. The canal is 200 foot wide with quick access to the ocean, it’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood surrounded By upscale homes. The upstairs master has a private balcony and a beautiful place to relax after a long day on the water. the kitchen is much larger than the homes we typically have rented and is well stocked. We installed a large premium zero edge pool with hot tub and sun shelf and made sure to have lots of room for lounge chairs and corn hole. We continue to reinvest and make the home more comfortable for us and in turn our guests!
